Envy of None - Alex "Zivo" Lifeson - A simple poll - Are you buying a copy?
exiledyorkie replied to treeduck's topic in Rush
I bought it for Alex's signature, he must be doing a few. His signature is a little sloppy -
RTB Tour 92 Sheffield , United Kingdom (and every tour after that). I was lucky enough to have moved to US for grad school in 93, so the streak never came to an end. Though it was in serious danger when I was roofied before the Newark NJ show on the Clockwork Angels tour. Ended up passing out in the Arena and missing the show. Thankfully they extended that tour and I went to AC. Though my car dig break down (breaks) on way back.

I bought the cd only for the signed postcard, im not gonna lie. The music sounds rubbish -
When Alex sells his guitars you know there will never be a Alex\Geddy tour. Neil's death really did end it all.

Why is there a picture of John Rutsey in the deluxe box set, what a cock up. I managed to order the white vinyl before it sold out

these things comes down to taste - what are some of your favorite beers by way of comparison - I have no idea what a 'yorkshireman" likes in a beer Timmy Taylors brewery in my home town in Keighley makes some of the finest brews on the planet. They do not export out of the UK sadly though https://www.timothytaylor.co.uk/our-beers

I bought some last week in Toronto (was up visiting my son), I have to honestly say it is pretty crappy beer tbh. Not to this yorkshiremans taste. The empty cans are nice on my shelf mind you.

January 7th is my Dad's birthday and he still doing well at the age of 74. That will help to soften the blow of the one year anniversary of Neil's death, -

As we say in Yorkshire, nowt you can do about it now. I came close to not making the R40 tour, I had a ticket for the MSG and then was told I had to work in France for the summer. Fortunately I was able to snag a ticket for the second Toronto show and what a lovely weekend that turned out to be. Plus the lovely Laura bought my MSG ticket

2015 R40 / Arf 40 tee shirt now available for preorder!
exiledyorkie replied to blueschica's topic in Rush
With today's crappy wax based deodorants , black t shirts are the only way to go. -
Not sure why we are all getting bent out of shape because you cant hear Geddy, whether you like it or not, he will become less and less OF a prominent figure as time goes by. The real focus is it's a message of hope here people. I'm just happy he is on the video. Speaking of amazing people, this guy, Captain Tom Moore who I share a birthday and birthplace is Da MAN. https://www.justgivi...mswalkforthenhs

So I am. Someone at work was in the presence of a carrier. That person spent time with me on projects. My director told me to stay home for two weeks on Friday. Currently I have no symptoms

Sadly it probably means not many big name stars at the event, hope I am wrong though. -
