  1. "And I do hope we'll meet again sometime.... <ahem, NEIL>" By the way.. It didn't work. The more I think of it, the worse it gets, and I've completely lost it... Sorry man, it is an emotional night. For me, it's been fandom since 1981. 49 shows. Travelling with friends to many of them. It ignited my lifelong passion and career in music. Which in turn is how I met my wife, etc etc. All circumstances, I know. But Rush's inspiration has been a factor that set me on a path of Finding my way..... by the way, I was at the Philly show with you (in your signature!) That was a great one - but you should count yourself lucky - you saw the next show in Newark and saw Losing it! Yessir... Only been a diehard fan for a couple of years, but I have to say these guys saved my life and brought me out of the darkest places and have been there to celebrate all my triumphs, every step of the way... I'm so thankful to come across such a piece of culture and divine wisdom.
  2. "And I do hope we'll meet again sometime..." so sincerely.... I'm in tears because of the way he said it and after Neil took the bow with the other two... I really do think this is it unfoturnately...

  4. I'm completely numb right now and really trying to hold back tears... Just the sincerity in Geddy's voice got me... "And I do hope we'll meet again sometime..." I do too, Ged... I do too.
  5. omg... I'm already on beer 7... I can't handle this.. SO many scopers...
  6. I'm already on my 5th beer in the past 2 hours and the show hasn't even started yet.. Its gonna be a long night
  7. Is there anyway to like this post more than once????
  8. You Bet Your Life is on one of the TV screens at one point... I believe it is on the right after Neil presses the "Presto Change-O"!
  9. https://youtu.be/WFnPleUrm0Q?t=3m30s We are the sumo wrestlers of the temples of syrinx in New Jersey!!!
  10. That was something I did not notice until Philly!! I saw the show opening night from a side view so I missed that the first time around, but from the 11th row on the floor the light show was spectacular... That has to be my favorite effect beside the lasers in Cygnus....
  11. I'm kinda disappointed that the Backstage Club has run out/stopped selling ALOT of items from the show... I was lucky enough to get one of the longsleeves in Philly... I really want to get the R40 dalmation in my size, but I won't be going to anymore shows and they don't carry it in my size :(
  12. 2 Questions: Has anyone had luck with getting stuff back from the US Airways Center in Phoenix? Is it too much to put two items in a package? I want to get my Rolling Stone Cover and Signals LP sleeve signed... Don't worry, I have another copy of Signals, so if I lose the album sleeve I won't be too bummed..
  13. Agree 2112% !!!! When Neil nailed the fill in fill-y (ha) during Natural Science, I lost it and there was some magic about it!!!
  14. I am still buzzing from Newark... It truly was a magical show! Once I heard the opening notes to HF as the second song, I lost it (pun definitely intended). Everyone around me in section 7 couldn't figure out why I was flipping the flip out! Also, scopers were worried about me having a heart attack during BTW and Losing it, which was really funny looking back at the messages. I had seen them in Tulsa and Philly, and this show by far blew me a away even after seeing the same show twice!!! There was something in the air that night!
  15. EagleMoon, I almost did!! I was the one streaming... It was quite a moment!!! I was living that night as Between The Wheels, How It Is, LOSING IT, and The Camera Eye were the only songs I had never seen before live. This was my third show, and third different setlist...
  16. In Philly, we're probably gonna get "Go Phils/Phillies Go!"
  17. They've been playing it twice like that live for quite sometime.. It dates back to at least to the T4E tour... https://youtu.be/EndaI-okEIc?t=1m48s
  18. I was hoping that TMMB was going to be rotated with Mal Nar + Mini Drum Solo... That didn't happen though :( Oh well Its still a fantastic set and they're still playing, which is all that really counts in the end...
  19. The boys have got to fullfill their explosion quota somehow during the show...
  20. So, through deduction about 30 mins before Opening Night, I figured out the theme. I had side view tickets on Geddy's side about 4 rows back, so I saw the stage set up in its glory. I also was able to get a peek at the washers/dryers behind the Gedison.. That was very cool!!!
  21. AHHH THE FEEDS ARE DARK!!! THEY'RE PROBABLY BREAKING OUT INTO CUT TO THE CHASE AND WE'D NEVER KNOW!!!! OHHH THE HUMANITY!!!
  22. This is an aside, but if you get the chance, it's quite comical to watch the stagehands bring the Ged's large keyboard down the stage, or at least is was in Tulsa. They nearly dropped the damn thing in the pitch black of the stage left stairs. Its quite entertaining
