  1. TM is a dill weed. TM its the past calling they want their old tired songs back. What gives a dedicated RUSH fan goose bumps? Geddy singing "they call me the working man" or belting out " live it out all again" from Headlong Flight? Get it?!
  2. As SLASH said, "I don't mind those who do drugs but I do mind those who can't handle their drugs". I agree.
  3. I like Geddys vocal tone now compared to his early recordings. The Garden Kills! He uses a lot of vocal effects when singing live. I don't mind but I would love to hear his live voice with out effects to learn what his true voice sounds like.
  4. Thanks. I found out it was recently built for him as a gift and he decided to use it. Sweet. I want one.
  5. Does anybody know about the used looking green fender bass that Geddy has used on this tour? I have not seen that one before.
  6. QUOTE (gangsterfurious @ Sep 16 2012, 12:23 PM) I'm not going to be drinking or smoking anything when I see the boys. I want to enjoy every minute of it. What that being said I am sure there will be a few of those loud, dumb, chubsters, that are on their like 35th Rush show and don't really care anymore, or they think Tom Sawyer is the greatest song EVER and that's the only reason they are there to see them. I don't think you should be afraid to tell somebody to have some STFU if they are being an annoying pig. After all, you paid your hard earned money to listen to the band, not those guys. One of the last concerts I went to, a loud drunk floozy in front of us was making it difficult for everybody around her to enjoy the show. We had no problem asking security to escort her out, which they did. I always like to remind people politely that I am at a show to hear the band, not them. And then if that doesn't work I turn to them and offer to give them a free nose job... with my fist. I like to see the reaction I get when a girl says that to them, seems to shut them up every time. Where were you when I needed you?
  7. I left after Manhattan Project. I'm a forever fan and musician and I am tired of the have to songs. Nice that they were at the end, when I left I had great traffic. The new songs came of great. All of you who think Geddy can't sing....open your ears. There were no acoustic guitars, that kind of bummed me out. There was a close up of Geddy's hands when he was on the keys and they were showing age. God bless RUSH and there crew. Rock on!
  8. I just got done seeing my 16th show in Chicago. The last three shows I have been at I get the bone head RUSH fans who are white males in there 40s who have this great desire to drink as much alcohol before during and after the show. This time it was four of them with there stupid crew cuts, over weight, one of them had bottles of booze on him that he had to swing in between the beers. Oh then at the end one of them was hitting some weed them almost fell over. The twenty year old fans act better then these yahoos. Idiots!
  9. For those who criticize the set list...get a life. Are you all related to Vic Demone, are you piss and moan? This is RUSH! Be happy they are still making music. It s not for the money. Your not much of a RUSH fan if you can find criticism.
  10. Looking for an upfront floor ticket for CHI show. Let me know.
  11. Calling all single RUSH women. SE WI RUSH Forever Fan looking for a date for the Chicago show. This will be my 16th show since 1981. I was 15 then, do the math!
