  1. During the concert, too, he knows he's triggering a sample and is not there to sing...so he's just doing his job in that respect. I wouldn't expect him to be in tune...it's hard to say if he even comes through the ear pieces to know what he sounds like, too.
  2. All right...since I have met some of you in person and talk with others regularly and feel comfy here...this is me all dolled up (which doesn't happen all that often). I took the photo. :D I miss my colors in my hair. I'm up in the air as to what I want to do with it. :/ http://apageatatime.net/images/michelle.jpg
  3. Alex only does the talking parts. The short singing part at the end is Edwin from I Mother Earth. No, that's definitely Alex. Not only does the voice sound like Alex doing songsprecht or whatever (speaking/singing mashup), Edwin isn't listed in the credits for that song in the liners (each song has individual credits). And Edwin's voice is much...stronger. :) ETA: I tried to link directly to the right spot in the song, but it didn't translate once I posted. The relevant part starts at 4:05. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hM543C7gTmA&t=4m5s You're talking about the song 'Victor'? I just listened to it twice and I'm not sure what your "touch of singing" refers to. The part where he vocalizes "I am the resurrection and the life" ? F me, I had the wrong song in the post. The YT link is right, but it's the song At the End (4:05 in). Somehow my brain got crossed even though I used the right song link. I'd have to check the liners to see if Edwin is listed for At the End, but for the moment I'm still thinking it's Alex. It certainly sounds like it could be Alex. With the magic that is the recording studio, who knows if they cleaned up his voice or not.
  4. When you find the RIGHT person...you'll understand why this one doesn't matter.
  5. It's not bad on the video clip posted here. On the audio clip of those rare finds that one guy collects...ouch!
  6. Nipples? Yup...everyone has two...some even have THREE!
  7. It's one thing to sing bad and pretend you're good (like most crap out there). It's another thing to kick so much ass on the guitar that we love him regardless of his voice. :D
  8. I did on one of those clips that someone posts on a website. It's pretty bad. :P
  9. http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2013/07/17/rolling-stone-features-dzhokhar-tsarnaev-on-cover/ Trash.
  10. Yeah, I remember Neil posting about his motorcycle troubles...in Arizona was it? He has troubles all OVER the place. Ha!!
  11. Woot! Hubby brought me $30 more in iTunes cash...three more live albums...only two to go until CA is released!
  12. Don't know, but you should get to an ER or a clinic ASAP, just in case.
  13. I appreciate all the well wishes (regardless of the depravity - Sheldon)! I got $50 in iTunes cashola from my parents, so I went right to iTunes and purchased TM live, S&A live, p/g live. My live collection is about half complete! Got a nice bunch of flowers from them, too, and a nice assortment of Rum and Vodka gummy snacks that are just for me. :P Nice day today...if only it wasn't hotter than hell outside!
  14. It has been brought to my attention that it is a non-optional social convention that the person celebrating their birthday must be spanked the number of times of their age. In your case that would be 29 times. Why in the world people are punished on their birthdays is beyond me. But, since you are also involved in deception of your true age by a factor of 8, I have no choice to to levy additional spankings on you at a rate of 5 per year deceived, in this case 40. So your total spankings will come out to 69. That's an oddly coincidental number... Hoo. :)
  15. My husband and I were living together for 2 years before we were married and things changed right away. It's hard to walk away when you know you would have to sue for a divorce once you get married...so, for most folks, I guess it's just a psychological thing that happens when they know it would be hard for the other person to walk...they get lazy and some people just are a little more apathetic once married when they realize it takes a lot of WORK to keep it going.
