My mom helped me make a poodle skirt for a themed birthday party, (What can I say, I haven't used a sewing machine since the 8th grade for home-ec class...) while I got to go out on a warm spring day for a 5 mile run around the country where she lives, and I saw three swans gliding about in a big puddle in a farm field. Beautiful birds!

My husband is 5 years older than I am, and it works. I wouldn't go with younger though. What can I say, I like a bit older men...always have.

Dreamline. Counterparts tour, April 8th, 1994... Was at the concert with my two sisters and my future (now ex) brother-in-law. First concert ever! My eldest sister bought me my ticket for my 13th birthday. Ah...fond memories...

White Castle is hands down the worst fast food EVER. My husband has this horrid love of their gut-rot garbage and I almost puke just smelling their slop when he goes through the drive-thru and I'm in the car. I have to say I haven't missed that since he's been stationed in South Korea. Nasty...

Well, I happen to really like Presto. It was the cassette tape that I pilfered from my older sister back in 1990 after she was done playing it over and over again... It was what introduced me to Rush as I listened to it on my Walkman walking to and from elementary school. (Yes, I've given away my age.) So while my friends we into crap like New Kids on the Block, I was turning into a lifelong Rush fan.
