I got one of these a month or so ago, upgrading for the Zeppelin sets lol a Music Hall MMF2.2
-
wouldn't it be cool if they went out with someone like Porcupine Tree , have them open and do shorter show around Permanent Waves
-
Anybody figure a way to download this stuff before its gone lol
-
They might pull out "Closer to the Heart" for an encore
-
Plus i think it would sound pretty cool with the strings behind it lol
-
I'm just saying they might play it as a way of promoting the 2112 5.1 edition, it makes sense ,it's a newer release now than Clockwork Angels
-
Alex was mentioning how much he enjoyed this song while remixing 2112 5.1 , what are the odd's they might play it on the next leg of the tour ?
-
Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti for sheer scope
-
I saw mikes sticking up in the air in front of the soundboard, were those part of Rush's gear, or was someone recording the show. if so it was pretty obvious?

How about a guest vocalist for the R 40 Tour

QUOTE (Sheldon Cooper @ Sep 14 2012, 07:06 AM) QUOTE (hellion @ Sep 14 2012, 01:09 AM) As some people have already surmised, the band may be laying off the 70's tunes on the current tour and saving them maybe for their last run on the R 40 tour. would the band be open to experimenting with a guest vocalist to sing on some of songs that Geddy is vocally challenged on now, what do think. not a knock off vocalist like yes have done, but someone with their own character. would the Rush fan base accept this if they got to hear some rare Tunes off their early albums, just a thought STFU n00b! finally got a good rise out of someone lol -

The album hasn't even been officially released yet, and people are arguing and bickering over things that nobody has any control over. Yes "the Garden" is an exception song by any standards, I think a lot of people are surprised they still had a song like this in them and this is what ticks them off. This is a great song . the intro is reminiscent of some of the acoustic ditties from the seventies, the middle is more modern and the ending is just wow! one of the best songs they ever put together, just listen to it, don't fight it, love it
