Do you want to go upstairs? Blond prostitute will indulge in any sexual activity for four quid a week... What does that mean? It's a bazooka! Well, er, let's ask the man in the street what he thinks. Well, er, speaking as a man in the street... Wagh! (Blackhawkrush, enjoy the show tonight!!) Hey, there's a bicycle broken. Up the road. Decided to wear short trousers from now on. Well something certainly is happening here at Tolworth roundabout, David. I can now see Picasso, he's cycling down very hard towards the roundabout, he's about 75-50 yards away and I can now see his painting... it's an abstract... I can see some blue some purple and some little black oval shapes... I think I can see... Mmmm... Well I think Utrillo's brushwork is fantastic... But he doesn't always agree with me ... Not after a Rubens, anyway ... all those cherries ... ooohh ... Urgh! I've got Vermeer all down my shirt... Ludwig, have you seen the jam spoon? Thank you, Eddie. And now time for this week's request death. For Mr and Mrs Violet Stebbings of 23 Wolverston Road, Hull, the death of Mr Bruce Foster of Guildford. No he's not completely dead m'lud. But he's not at all well. I've just spent four hours burying the cat.

  4. Apocalypse Now. Martin Sheen's scene in the Saigon hotel room. Fantastic, not just for the tone it sets for the movie and the character, but the fact it was unscripted. Take an alcoholic at one of the lowest points of his life, get him drunk and film his mental breakdown.
  5. And now for something completely different. A man with three buttocks!
  6. Lucky we didn't say anything about the dirty knife
  7. QUOTE (sitboaf @ Aug 18 2012, 10:34 PM)I can't do it because I can't decide which Rush album is my favorite! Somebody pick one for me! You asked for it......so I'll make it tough. Hold Your Fire
  8. Makes me feel old, but Nov. 19th 1974 Paramount Theatre, Seattle. My parents friends were Irish and big fans of Rory Gallagher (the headliner) so when they heard about the concert they took me down there. Can't believe how lucky that was.
  9. QUOTE (Phantom @ Jan 23 2012, 08:08 PM) On Counterparts tour, as they went into playing " Cold Fire ", Alex is playing a country/western guitar twang, and Geddy says talks of the new direction of the band... Country and Western http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LocBngOFeFY Got to agree with this one. Always love the Country and Western intro. A new direction the band is taking.
  10. The Who, Yes, Dave Matthews Band, Muse, Steely Dan, Weather Report, Marillion, Return to Forever
  11. My apologies if this topic has been done before but I'm wondering which album do you feel has the lyrics that have touched/influenced you the most? I'll start it off with Permanent Waves. Every song on this album has incredible lyrics except for Jacob's Ladder (although the last two lines are incredible).
  12. The Time Machine Tour Blu-ray is now available for order at Amazon http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005D0RDKW?tag=estengercom-20
  13. Out: Faithless, Stick It Out, and Presto In: Main Monkey Business, By-Tor and the Snow Dog, and Battle Scar Change Closer to the Heart to include a funky bass solo (similar to Show of Hands or Different Stages versions)
  14. The DVD is now available for pre-order at Amazon
  15. I had really developed a liking for Rush after the first album, in particular "Finding My Way", "Before and After" and "Working Man". Then "By-Tor and the Snow Dog" came along and I was hooked.
  16. Loved "Finding My Way' when I first heard it. Bought the album and really liked "Working Man" and "Before and After", but when the second album came out and I heard "By-Tor and the Snow Dog" I was hooked.
