  1. My cousin built one a long time ago. Takes dedication. I could never work with legos.
  2. Eek...I have said it before...I will say it again... My favourite Rush song alongside Bravado. That's nice
  3. You'll be surprised how good they sound when you haven't listened to them for awhile. Makes you realize all the more why you loved them to begin with. :rush: :Neil: :geddy: :Alex: :rush: Been playing Rush all day! Grace Under Pressure Hold Your Fire Presto Roll The Bones Counterparts At this point in time, my top five Rush albums. I have as well. Nice list! Power Windows Hold Your Fire Presto Hemispheres A Farewell to Kings Are probably mine. I tend to put my favorite Rush albums in pairs. Power Windows/Hold Your Fire, Hemispheres/A Farewell to Kings, Test for Echo/Counterparts etc A Farewell To Kings and Moving Pictures would fight for a place in my top five, and likely win. Vapor Trails, Permanent Waves and Power Windows would round out my top ten. I can sort of live without the rest! Moving Pictures is actually at my bottom 5 haha, I have a lot of unpopular opinions being Moving Pictures, the Debut, Permanent Waves, 2112 and Roll the Bones being at the bottom

  5. Loads of people have been saying that. I hope so. I hope they don't follow the same general plot of ESB
  6. It's uplifting to see 3 Canadian liberals deeply inspire a man who quotes Adolf Hitler. edit: socialists to liberals Can we not bring politics into this. If you must, rant your panties off in SOCN, not in Lorraine's thread. Weird, your reply was somehow more immature than mine. Oh man how will I ever recover. Go profuse your political superiority somewhere else

  8. One of my top 5 favorite albums. I love almost every song on it. A very solid record. Show Don't Tell, Presto, Chain Lightning, Red Tide and Available Light were all on heavy repeat
  9. >Somebody has a small insignificant similarity to Rush "OMG RUSH is LITERALLY anime nerds lol"
  10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrVKmTPFYZ8 /thread This is heavier than a lot of shit today
  11. Yeah, I don't get that either. Dire Straits is laid back and atmospheric, with a lot of their songs having a real cinematic quality. ZZ Top is pretty straight forward bluesy hard rock. The closest they ever came to sounding alike was Knopfler trying to mimic Billy's 80s tone on Money for Nothing. I never said I was right, I just said what I'm hearing. Oh well
  12. I wanted T4E back in the day, but Power Windows is mine.
  13. This comment has been made a thousand times before. They aren't done. Worldwide touring yes, but nobody said that they're done with music.
  14. ZZ Top is a heavier, bluesy Dire Straits, at least from what I've heard.

  16. Maiden is influential. I love them personally, but I get that after Seventh Son they got formulaic. Like em or not, they do deserve their influential praise
  17. Don't fly the same plane that Holliday did. That's hilarious The head designer and engineer crashed and died in one as well before Holliday. I would have considered that to be an ominous sign and to purchase a different plane. But that's just silly logical me. Indeed, but Beach Bonanza's are sexy
  18. Don't fly the same plane that Holliday did. That's hilarious
  19. Is there anybody who flies recreationally? I wanna get into it, but I'm unsure where to start.
