When the broker says Rows 1-18, odds are you will receive near 18th row NOT row 1-5. They only list exact seat numbers when it's GOOD seats-- not on end of rows or away from stage. I've bought from stubhub before with good results. I can't say about any other sites. The fees are steep.

I was only able to try for 1/2 hour and I tried Kansa City and Cincinnati while a co worker tried Chicago and Milwaukee. After 45 minutes we gave up. I really don't understand how this could be possible. On the day of PRESALE ( 1st day Tixs are available ). I understand VIP is rows1-15 but I don't think Live Nation gets to sale all the seats in all near stage sections. 1-3 Last tour I can remember people on TRF that had got seats up front rows 1-15. Does anyone know if musicToday and VIP LNation each have a set number of seats in each section they are allowed to sell????? Also, on the Citicard Presale Febuary 20th do they also have rights to certain premium seats that are not available elsewhere ? I just had pissy luck getting any seats for Summer leg. I'm going all in at PNC in Raleigh, NC. 1st Row Sec 1. This has never happened before that I can remember. I couldn't even get 1 ticket in sec 1-2-3. I WANT ANSWERS !!!!!!!!!! ANYBODY ? Lol

Why was there no Tixs for most venues at musictoday.com site. I had no luck at 4 different different dates.

I tried getting Tixs at more than 3 different venues and there was no floor seats up close. NONE !!! How can that be??

Someone on this forum was talking about Red Rocks being a spectacular venue. Seems as if I heard also 1st row is Handicapped only. Is this true ???? The wife would freak the F**K out if it's true. She is blind(legally) having only 15-20 percent sight left. The wife and I decided to add Houston on our venue list last year. Which was actually good because it was close to home in BATON ROUGE. I entered my email address RUSHFANS@YMAIL.COM at The RushBackStage site to enter our name for the M&G passes. Well I won the M&G for Houston but never received them. That's another story, yes sir !!! While at the box office trying to get my M&G I noticed a lot of people in line so I asked someone WTF ?? Most I talked too where in line for VIP tickets they had bought on The Live Nation site. From 5:00 till 5:45 the lines grew longer and longer by the minute. Frustrations where building and I was the first in line. Once I give up at 6:20 I think they might have started handing out VIP by then. I think. Once you got your Tixs you had to get into another line for the entrance door which didn't open till 6:30. It was like a madhouse by this time and I do remember friends of ours who arrived at 6:30 for VIP tics who didn't get to their seats till after SHOWTIME of 7:45. Is this typical for Rush shows are is this the venues fault. I heard some guys say they do it late because it gives the ones who try and scalp no time to do so. It was total chaos for 2 straight hours. Why would RUSH allow this to happen?? Maybe this was a fluke. Anybody???

Whoa !! dude. You got balls. I like it !! Not the balls part, just the fact that some of us don't bite our tongue.(myself included). Showtech wanted me to lay low for awhile and that was not going to happen. As soon as Managment got wind of my constant emails, things started moving quickly. A member on this forum even PM me giving me names and email advise on how to proceed. Like I have said RUSH FANS stick together, and react as if their mom was duped by tix sellers. 2 days after show Showtech promised to make it right and then some. I explained to Rayanne(Showtech) when you represent the band RUSH, you must treat every fan as if GEDDY or ALEX himself would treat their fans. When speaking for RUSH you are RUSH, so treat us like RUSH would. Did I explain that right ?? Oh well I tried. I know that the M&G happens at 5:30 usually but I don't know if the passes are at box office waiting for each person or I think when you ask box for M&G they give you directions to a undisclosed location around venue to meet and pickup. After you paid you had to meet the person after they received it or. ??? From experience I know VIP Tixs are held 1-1&1/2 hours before show which makes it hell to stand in line for 1 hour or more than get VIP Tixs (live nation) at 6:30. Then stand in door line to get in venue. If your lucky you will get in before show time. At Houston last year Dec 12, this was the case. Hundreds of people in line at 6:30 still getting VIP Tixs and having to get in second line just to get in. I know people where pissed. I was there and also royally pissed. We got to our seats by 7:15 and lines where still trying to get in doors. I understand the reasoning behind keeping it late and close to showtime. Doing this doesn't give buyers or sellers any time to trade, sell, or exchange Tixs. In which I'm sure scalping is present. It does however put unnessary stress and worry and panic on normal fans just trying to get Tixs and find their seats with enough time for a beer or souvenir fix. The wife and I was shocked that at 45 minutes before light go out friends of our where still in line getting VIP passes bought through VIP Live Nation at box office. They got in 2 mins before show. After being in line for over 2 hours. I'm not sure this is protocol for RUSH venues, Dam sure hope not. Many fans where irate. Some where pushing forward to get closer to venue entrance door. Many where very upset. Understandable so. Something must change so the process can move forward faster. Not next tour (R40) but ASAP. **NOW***. If 85% of ticket holders got to their seats on time, it would shock me. And others who where there. Well sorry if I got long winded about this, it just brings up good(65%) & bad(35%) memories. Some we will NEVER FORGET ! And as always once show starts all issues of bitterness of getting to your seat goes away quickly. RUSH has us licking our wounds, standing from chairs and entering the euphoria which is RUSH LIVE like no others can do !! We have traved north, south, east and far west to see these guys. The only group we would travel thousands of miles to see LIVE. As long as my jobs holds and our health allows we will find a way to see them live and in their element. Our creditors love us more than a fat kid loves cake. I just hope The guys enjoy seeing all of us just as much as we enjoy them. All the super fans know what to expect from RUSH and they always deliver. ALWAYS !!!! Well we hope to see our rush family(you know who you) real soon. Also excited about meeting new rush natics. I suppose a broker might have a inside connection to RUSH peoples. I'm sure if the guys (3 kings) knew about this it would be stopped or maybe not. The second I read the Showtech email stating I was a winner my adrenaline was in overdrive. I'm sure the guys (3) know a lot their fans follow them from city to city. We have a RUSH only credit card and the $$$ add up quick. Before I so called won M&G I can't honestly say that I would have not bought M&G myself. I have heard of people buying them more than once. Once we knew our meet and greet was gone, my wife wanted to leave. She is legally blind and wanted to wrap her visual aide cane around the nearest throat including mine. Lol We stayed of course. Knowing how bad off we where I couldn't even imagine paying a large sum of $$$ and then find out it was not going to happen. If cash was used you would have no recourse. Credit cards have their purpose. Did you say where your was bought, I'm sure this forum would like to know. Only if you wish to tell !! M&G would be worth a lot to true fans. More than money I suppose. I feel for you bud. The high and lows that week before the venue took a few years off me. After especially. I wanted someone to explain WHAT HAPPENED and that never happened.

They have also made promises I hope will be kept like M&G of my choice 2013. We chose Raleigh, NC on May 3. We have front row Alex side. I have the word of 3 people at SHOWTECH that we will get M&G at THE PNC ARENA. It will be a special nite in NC which started 2010 in SYRACUSE then Chicago, N.O.,Houston and THE GORGE then 2012 to Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Diego and Houston. BOY what a RIDE !!!!! Look forward to seeing everybody there. RUSH ON BABY !!!!!

This is the guy who didn't get his M&G passes. Like all the fans here have said, thanks for the very heart warming story about your family. The wife and I have no kids. When we here all the stories and especially when we see the kids age 2 and up at the concerts we often wonder how it would have been WITH kids. And yes your girl is a cutie !! They said nothing of a signed Tourbook. Showtech management emailed me right after it happened to say in so many words "Sorry it happened" and "We will make it right" and "You will get what we promised" and "Stop all the emails". I admit showing my ass a few days after this happened. All I wanted was a explanation as to WHY !! I am all better now.

It's been 2 weeks since this happened. I decided to email them to sorta stay in touch. They emailed back and said "On the next tour email us so we can replace your M&G".

I would like to apologize to anyone I might have pissed off especially the moderator 1001001. Since all this happened I have been going thru a roller coaster of emotions. Showtech has been fair with it and has sent a email stating they will honor M&G at venue of my choice and Tourbook signed. Only time will tell. I have my let my emotions get the best of me. Our weekend in Houston was a blast. It was hard dealing with all the issues at hand. I am thankful for having a place to voice my experiences.

While trying to quote USB CONNECTOR , The following never made it to post: I too have doubts about when or if they will ever make good on this. My only contact is via email even after I gave them my phone# In every email since. (15-20 times). They have only offered M&G in future. ( last email). Now their is NO talk of 3 guys signing a Tourbook, as it state in a email received. We are exchanging emails that's it. Waiting 2-3 years for the wrong to be made right , THAT SUCKS A BIG ONE. We where devastated that it happened. When SHOWTIME was nearing (6:45 pm) it struck me that maybe I would have better luck inside where the band was. I had tickets in my pocket. Once inside NOBODY wanted to help. As fans you have to understand that we felt embarrassed, angry, hurt and devasted all at once. The excitement started when I received the email stating "YOU ARE THE POTENTIAL WINNER", on Mon 26. I returned all items needed to be confirmed as a winner. That same day I received email stating" all items are received, tomorrow you will be confirmed as winner". The next day I received the confirmation with the instructions on when and where to go. All week up until Thursday then Friday, Saturday and off to Houston. It did take a lot of energy not to run back stage screaming and cursing to anyone who would listen. Not till after the show did guest relations finally tell me without a doubt that they (M&G) was never there. I'm not going to lie and say we did not cause a scene. WE DID. We where exhausted once the show started. I would like to thank all of OUR RUSH FAMILY for all the input on this. It's all welcomed. RUSH FANS do stick together. When 1 is hurt we all are hurt. THANK YOU AGAIN. Before I go Have any of you been following the RUSH BACKSTAGE CLUB Facebook page. Every time a show is within a few days away, they announce who the winner was for that Venue. Every winner who won M &G, their name is posted on that sight. Just go on Facebook and under FIND FRIEND type RUSH BACKSTAGE CLUB and the site will pop up. You will notice that all the winners, with the exception of San Antonio, was posted within 1-2 days of show. My name was never posted. Strange ?? WAYNE BURNS In San Diego we had 2nd row left of Alex(looking at stage). Some of the best seats we have had. With the exception of maybe THE GORGE - 2011--3rd row - RIGHT IN FRONT OF GEDDY. On RUSH.COM they took our pix holding up signs. Check it out.

I always do. My father taught me young about paperwork. Showtech has sent multiple emails since. Made plenty promises but never accepted blame.

The wife and I will go anywhere to see RUSH. If the money holds up we will go. I do believe THEY will make it up. It sure doesn't hurt any less. My wife took it hard.

No, she would not cry at a Rush show. She got emotional just before the lights went down. I won't tell her I read this about her. Se has a forked tongue and packs a mean punch. Lol Ha Ha.

We where beyond furious !!!! It almost ruined our night. My wife of 26 years (and legally blind) was crying like a school girl. She wanted vindication on the spot. The Box Office Supervisor told me "your tix for M&G was never there to give you Mr Burns". That is when I knew beyond a doubt Showtech had never sent them. My wife reminded me, "We have shirts from Showtech, shoelaces from Showtech belt buckle, tour lanyard, socks, cap & S&A shorts. ALL FROM SHOWTECH.COM.
