Well you never know who might come in with a dissenting opinion and proof to back it up, so yes, lol. Probably. As for Defenders, I think being the follow up to Screaming and an obvious double down on that album’s sound and aesthetic makes it matter. It likely did a lot of work to keep all the new fans who came on with Screaming.

Slayer-Reign in Blood (10/10) a classic here. man this album just does not let up punishing for 36 minutes. and shout out to Rick Rubin. a major Production upgrade here. I appreciate Slayer albums are not long, they get in do their thing and leave, lol I'm having the time of my life with this band. Mick

Slayer-Hell Awaits (10/10) this is a vast improvement over the debut. Demons, Devil's drinking blood killing priests, Corpse fukking. How folks took this seriously i'll never know. Thanks to Slayer your parents think metal is just THIS. obscene loud and fast. i'll say it again by far my fave thrash era band. like no contest. BUT besides all the above these dudes could al play. the proficiency blows my damn mind. i never play them much and my fault. it is so OTT it's actually funny as hell. Neil's latest live offering The Visitor - my favourite Arena album. Fruupp were a progressive rock band from Belfast active from 1971-1976. Despite extensive gigging (including support slots for Genesis and Queen) they just didn't make the big time. For any prog lovers, their album releases (four albums) are worth exploring. Family are a hard band to catagorise - quite diverse but at times incredibly good. Featuring the unusual vocals of Roger Chapman.... sometimes referred to as the 'electric goat'!!

Cracovia 1 Pogon 1 I know we were going up against one of the top teams in Ekstraklasa ( oh, woe is me ) but we only started attacking after falling behind, with quick and desired effects, I might add. The fear of taking a risk throughout the game quite probably cost us two points and a higher place in the standings going into the break.

Probably? It's pretty much a fact with British Steel and SFV. Not sure about defenders. Used to hear Some Heads Are Gonna Roll played on the radio years ago but never thought the album was that massive.

It drives me nuts that Raskulinecz did the opposite and pushed him to go back to it. The band needed a producer who would find yet another new evolution for them, not go whole hog on nostalgia and try to turn them into some knock-off version of their younger selves.

Last night they played their biggest headlining show ever. The first of two sold out shows at the Metropolitan Theater in Mexico City. Great performance and fantastic crowd. They did 21 songs and played almost two hours. This was the live stream I watched. There's better quality videos from the show but they are only individual songs and not the full show.

There's one close to me in Rancho Cucamonga that used to be an Edwards before stadium places took over called Terra Vista 6. The 2018 Halloween reboot was the last one I saw at that place.

Elvis 2022

Far from terrible but overrated in terms of best picture Oscar winners. Color Purple was heavily robbed that year and better. Some movies not nominated were much better and have aged better like Brazil, After Hours and Back to the Future. Beautiful score by Barry, though, especially during the plane flying scene.
