  1. Alice Cooper- Love It To Death I'm enjoying this! Played this one about four times now. I'm not going to race through AC's discography, I'm happy for now to find a gem and live with it. I have to say, AC based on this album alone is definitely intriguing. I'm not really a fan of any of the big hits (though I'm partial to some covers of Poison over the original), so this is a bit of a revelation.

  4. Trivium - Shogun First time listen. Well I heard most of it anyway, the end of track two started skipping and tracks 3 and 4 just wouldn't play at all, but by track five it went back to normal. I'll have to purchase those three separate on iTunes and mix them in with the CD tracks to put on my iPod. This was fantastic. Exactly the right record for my mood tonight. Thank you, Segue, for recommending this. It plays very well alongside Mastodon, and I bet it will sound great alongside some BTBAM as well. Sorry I took so long getting around to it, though.

  8. Mr. Ibanez chose a very cunning way of not being seen. When we called at his house, we found that he had gone away on two weeks holiday. However a neighbor told us where he was.

  11. Brand new album from Thunder. A superb hard rock album from a superb band. One of my favourite albums of the year so far.

  12. My husband (Chasartymac on this board) STILL makes fun of me for commenting about Neil being hot in the 'rowboat scene' from AWIP. As I've gotten older, its now more of a 'he fills my heart' kind of love for Neil because he is my touchstone. Ged and Alex - not hot to me. But I love them dearly.

  22. Hi Charlotte7598, nice to see you back! Funny, I saw the last post on this thread (you) and thought "the ladies used to gush about Geddy in some old Random Sample topics - and looking closer, it looks like a re-boot :) Sweet! I can say I don't find him "hot", but he's the only one I ever met in person and he is truly a very nice person. Okay, maybe in jeans, in the right light, at the right angle...wait, no, not hot...nice? Fit? Darn it!!

  27. I never got passed season 3 before. Now it's finished, decided to restart. It's very similar to GoT, minus the fantasy. Its a brilliant show!

  31. Nolan Arenado, patiently explaining to the Mets the right way to hit a batter -- low, not up around the head -- incites a benches-clearing push fest. Cardinals win. The Royals, meanwhile, having won one game in a row, decided to roll over for the White Sox and let them end an eight-game losing streak. That's sportsmanship!

  34. Hernandez is genuinely awful, just awful. Injects himself into every outcome with that "floating" strike zone business.

  36. There are a bunch of photos of Geddy without glasses in the beginning of Rush. The picture on 2112 shows him without them. This page from Cygnus -X1 has a few on it http://www.cygnus-x1...rog-02.2016.php You Tube videos look at Anthem, Villa La Strangiato show him without them... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYYdQB0mkEU&list=RDGMEMJQXQAmqrnmK1SEjY_rKBGA&start_radio=1&rv=3oEQuzHp5I0
