  4. Now the object of this expedition is to see if we can find any traces of last year's expedition Well the real hang-up was with the bread man but when the top brass pigs came through we got it together in a couple of moons. Commodore Betty Grable, who's a real sub-aqua head, has got it together diving wise and like the whole gig's been a real gas man :smoke: Ah yes. 'One or more persons overcome by fumes',. You'd have Head Office, Holbom, round here. Don't get uptight, man. Join the scene and other phrases. Money isn't real. I'm glad to say that I've got the go-ahead to lend you the money you require. We will of course want as security the deeds of your house, of Ibanez's house, of Your_Lion's house, of your wife 73's house, and your grannie Lorraine's bungalow.

But of course, the more old-fashioned idiot still refuses to take money. He takes bits of string, wood, dead budgerigars, sparrows, anything, but it does make the cashier's job very difficult; but of course they're fools to themselves because the rate of interest over ten years on a piece of moss or a dead vole is almost negligible.

  9. This exactly. Make all the comparisons to Plant or Geddy you want, both of them (even when Ged was still really shrieky on those first couple albums) had much less headache inducing tones to their voice than this kid in GVF. and it hurts me to listen too. cause i think the way this dude pushes will kill his chords fast. i mean it sounds awful. Mick The sooner the better!!! :laughing guy: :laughing guy: :laughing guy: Well........yea, lol Mick It’s awful now so might as well go really hard over the next year or two to totally destroy his voice. I want him mute by 2022!!!!

  19. That's what I figured. With the initial visual wow factor gone, more attention goes to the story, and that's not good. Some head-scratching dialogue here and there, but overall, it's still really good, IMO. Everything involving Rey and Ben was great to me. The supporting cast was not as good. The dialogue and relationships were so-so.

  22. It’s more like Alex is the engine, Geddy the chassis, and Neil the driver. No driver, no go. But it wouldn’t take much to hire a new driver...or hire multiple drivers on the road to an album.

  24. My husband comes home from the skilled nursing facility today. Consequently, I won't be around TRF much, if at all. I'll log in when I can but, as of yesterday, my husband being able to drive again didn't look very hopeful, but it is still early in his recovery. Driving is still a possibility in the near future. On to the next chapter of my life. :hi:

  26. Geddy and Alex are like little schoolgirls with skinned knees on a chalk heart playground when it comes to writing lyrics without Neil. Just a waste of time. "Chemistry" on the irony eh? LOL! Geddy and Alex without Neil is like a fuckking Lamborghini without a fuckking engine. DUHHHHHHHHHHHH

  27. This is truly one of the worst bands ever created in the Universe. These boys should be ashamed of themselves. A complete embarrassment to the rock and roll world. Let them make millions of dollars. Good for them. Duping the world. Wolves in shit sheep's clothing. The dung is still attached to the ass of cotton headed male humans. Ripping off music from the past for future financial gain. "Shame Shame Shame...." Love, RATT FUKKKKKK THIS SHITE BAND! FOOLS GOLD EVOLVES TO AUDIO MOLD. GET IN LINE AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. MEAT BEES HAVE MORE SWAGGER. FUCKK YOU MICK JAGGAR!

  38. I thought they were ok but blatantly derivative as has been discussed ad nauseam.....one thing though, the singers voice has an annoying harshness to it when pushed that Plant never had....his really nigh notes always sounded smoother even with compression than the GVF lad.

  40. After DECADES being a fan of Dream Theater, Mike Portnoy and everything related to them, I finally sat down with Mike alone to talk about his current endeavours. I had interviewed him previously with the Neal Morse Band, but this time it was just me and him. Check it out on the link below!!!! https://www.sonicperspectives.com/interviews/interview-with-mike-portnoy/
