On blu-ray combo pack, and d.v.d., I watched D.C. animated "Injustice", "Secret Window", and "the Dark Half".

I saw Secret Window on Showtime months ago. That was okay until that twist which pissed me off. The Mist is a better King adaptation with a similar downer of a twist.

How Jessica doesn't have an Oscar yet I don't understand. She should have won for ZD30 instead of Lawrence that year.

Wife went and saw King Richard about Venus and Serena and their father. Not my cup but she said it was good.

Just finishing it right now. I thought it was well done.

I'm watching Infinity Wars. Not sure how I feel about it, really. Incredibly violent and bloody for a series based on comic books.

The MCU film?

If so, this really isn't close to being as violent or as bloody as many other comic book movies. It's very tame actually.

That Ronin/Yakuza fight with Hawkeye in Endgame was quite violent for a PG13.

The two hour public transportation trip to Westwood was worth it. Proabably the most heartwarming movie PT Anderson has made and a great love letter to his San Fernando neighborhood. Bradley Cooper is hilarious as famous movie producer, Jon Peters, and it was nice to see Penn in a role that isn't his usual brooding dramatic role that's based on William Holden. Highly recommend it to others when it expands.

First time in that legendary theater. Nice old fashioned interior like the Grauman's Chinese I've been to twice.

Speaking of Peters, a movie with a protagonist partly based on him since he was a hairdresser back then.
