What a great game. Brady is hands down the greatest professional athlete ever. And to all the naysayers, Dak is pretty good also!

Dak was the best QB on the field last night.

As in "Dammit, he's the best QB on the field again?"

f***ing autocorrect. :banghead:

“We don’t need no stinkin’ pre-season game practice….”

Jared who? Nice team debut for Stafford. :notworthy:. Hoping he does better than he's done at Detroit.

Amen, the Lyins nearly ruined him, as they will do to JackGoff. Smfh.

The NFC North, lol.

The Vikings are in 1st place! Their NFC record is 0-0!

And East.

For both conferences, the West is where bulk of the talent is. Of course the South has some strong teams as well.

So an idea was floated yesterday evening that I'm curious if any of you buy into..............some folks are suggesting Aaron Rodgers is purposely tanking to force a trade. I don't buy it but I will say if anyone in the NFL is that big of a bitch, it's him cuz he's a gigantic level of bitch (and btw, I am not a Packers hater, in fact I rooted for them as a kid and still have a soft spot for the franchise, so much so I visited Lambeau on a cross country motorcycle trip...........I just dislike him, a lot).

What say you?

You know better than to listen to mindless gossip and hearsay. Rodgers was just like the rest of his teammates and coaches Sunday - totally unprepared.

Very few starters played in the pre-season games. The Packers' coaching staff has become arrogant and self-righteous. They didn't see the need to get their starters truly ready for Week 1, and they suffered the consequences of such hubris.

Rams, Seahawks are 2 teams that played few to no starters in preseason and had excellent performances week 1.

Those teams have much better players than the Packers have.... :scared:

Soooooo, the NFL is at it again. The league has given the stealers so many scheduling breaks over the years and this year is no exception. They play the Raiders AT HOME this week after the Raiders played Monday Night. So Las Vegas basically has 5 1/2 days off AND travels 5 hours to play the game on the road at 10 AM Pacific time while the stealers sit at home for a full week and wait for a tired team to show up. If you've been paying attention over the years, and I have, you know these types of things have gone on regularly. The NFL did the same thing to the 49ers about 6 or 7 years ago, they played the late Monday night game week 1 of the season when there were 2 games on opening weekend Monday and their game got over at about 10:30 Pacific time. They had to turn around and travel to Pittsburgh for a 10 AM Pacific game the following Sunday morning. The results were rather predictable, the 9ers got beaten easily.

If you like to wager on the NFL, the stealers -6 or 6 1/2 are in my opinion a fukking lock to make you money. Not only does LV have to travel on a short week and play early body time, but they're coming off a very emotional overtime win Monday night. They will be flat.

With all due respect to blueschica cuz I know she's a stealers fan, this is shit and it ain't the first time. And I didn't even bring up the head coach literally tripping an opposing team's player during a game and getting nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

^^^ Makes sense, but it's not playing out so far...which is screwing my football pool pick.

And of course in other news the Eagles doing everything except score. A TD called back, and a failure to score at all after 1st and goal from the one.

Yeah despite the NFL doing everything in their power to set the stealers up for a win, they failed. Warms the depths of my stealer hatin' heart. It tells me they ain't very damned good and the Raiders are better than I expected.

Brady’s done.

Mac Jones can run the NE offense the same way Tommy did, and Jalen Hurts can match Tommy against Atlanta without all world receivers and an actual offensive line.

But Brady CAN out act both of them, so there's that. Oh, and the whole fumbling thing.

8 what? TDs? I guess you don't get to make millions smelling soggy bread in commercials by giving the ball to RBs for cheap touchdowns.

What I love about you is that after last year, when he changed teams at 43, went to a previously middling team and STILL won a Super Bowl, many people who hate him would begrudgingly say, "He's a decent QB."
