Dusseldorf fought so hard, and Haaland just killed them at the very end.

Good thing Bayern also won. It was a tricky game for them, because Lewandowski and Muller couldn't play, but they managed to pull it out.

Premiere League players will be allowed to replace their names on the back of their jerseys with the words 'black lives matter.'

Let`s hope commentators have done their revision, and aren`t reliant on shirt names for player identification. Also, John Terry has retired, so those words won`t now burn into his skin. Edited by IbanezJem

Black lives matter...back to black lives matter...black lives matter again...a long ball out to black lives matter...and now black lives matter is on the ball, a neat little flick back inside to black lives matter...

Another scenario - "Black Lives Matter has totally let himself and his club down with that physical and verbal racist attack on the small, minority ethnic, ball girl. You can`t act like that in football or modern Britain. He is a disgrace, and Black Lives Matter must be removed from the game for good, Black Lives Matter is finished!".

Funny story from Poland. A fan of one of the away teams travelled to the city where his club was playing, rented a crane, placed it near the stadium, and was able to watch his beloved squad live from a bird's eye view. :notworthy:

So nil-nil in the first game, but it included one of the worst "no goal" technology misses ever (not hyperbole). So the Blades got hosed.

And then Arseanal arsenal'ed in the most arsenal way possible, with serious defensive lapses by that tool Luiz, so Man City won and delayed the Liverpool victory celebrations by at least another game. Oh, and a truly scary injury when the City keeper leveled one of his own defenders.

In short, today was a lot!

Maybe if it was Sheffield Wednesday they would've called it a goal. ;) Nyland really had a guilty look on his face, but he kept the ball right up against the post just give himself a chance. And it worked.

David Luiz gets red carded, City scores on a penalty, and Arsenal goes down 3-0, but not without City also finshing with 10 players.

True Fan.

Another guy did it in one of the lower leagues, and this time he brought a friend with him. He phoned 23 crane companies, 21 of them laughed him off. Two decided to entertain his request. He picked the cheaper one.

Bayern fans voted for the best player on the team this season...1) Alaba 26.6%, 2) Davies 25%, 3) Lewandowski 15%...

Liverpool plans to get rid of six players in the off-season: Shaqiri, Origi, Lovren, Grujic, Wilson, and Lallana. Klopp is looking to add Neves (Portugal) and Traore (Spain) to the team...

I would love to have Traore; hope that happens. As for the departures, I'll drive Lovren to the airport myself! Origi will be missed, but he could never work his way into first team regularity, so I'm not surprised. I always quite rated Shaqiri, but he never pushed himself forward in that crowded midfield.

I've heard rumors about Sane, and I hope they're not true.

Oh, my god, was the derby today dire to watch, though . . . .

According to leaks, Traore is plan B. Klopp would prefer Neves. I watched a little bit of that Everton-Liverpool game today. The home team gave the future champions quite a scare on few occasions.

Watching Serie A (Italy), Lecce down 1-3 to AC Milan, on ESPN. Thank God there's none of that annoying fake crowd noise Bundesliga & the Premier League throw at you-yet.

Edit: 1-4.

Deadly dull Liverpool derby ..... only to be expected given it was their first outing since the virus outbreak. Only really delaying the inevitable

crowning of the mighty reds!
