Ken played one of the great characters in American TV, Eddie Haskell. He passed away this morning of an as yet unknown cause.

:rose: RIP

Shoot. His portrayal of the suck up Eddie Haskell was awesome! It was so good it was shorthand when we were growing up- "Don't act like Eddie Haskell . . ." :)

Leave It to Beaver still is played on nostalgia TV stations and I watch it once in a while. It was cool to think the actors were still around. RIP, Ken Osmond, you will be remembered. :rose:

Some of you may have heard or read this already, but Leave It To Beaver allowed one of the more risqué lines ever to cross the broadcast airwaves when June said, "Ward, you were pretty hard on the Beaver last night." (She may not have really said that, even in the context of the show, but I still find it funny.) Also, R.I.P. Eddie. Edited by Fordgalaxy

How many TV or movie characters are referred to in every day context? "He's just like Eddie Haskell". RIP

And I'm sure most of us have had an Eddie Haskell in our lives at one point or another. Hell, a lot of us have been Eddie Haskell at one point or another. lol.

I remember watching, and seeing Ken on Leave It to Beaver as Eddie. My condolences, to his family, and friends. R.I.P., Ken.

I don't get on this board enough anymore so I just saw this. There are a lot of RIP threads...it's been a rough year (obviously). RIP Eddie Haskell. Edited by GeddyLeeRoth
