Back to tomato soup and a good old-fashioned Hungarian goulash. I'm thinking about our brothers during the second course, but they could've done a better job in 1683. Sorry, wrong thread. :outtahere:

5 de Mayo, so my wife made enchiladas and I threw together some shrimp marinated in lime, garlic, onion, jalapeños and cilantro. ¡Sabroso!

Gyro burrito.

 

Gyro meat, cooked with fresh green/yellow/red peppers and onions.

Shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded lettuce and the sauce

Wrapped in an extra large tortilla.

 

YUMMY!!
