Another interesting six mix:

Founders Porter

Full Sail Session Lager

Sam Adams 76

Hacker-Pschorr Octoberfest Marzen

Bell's Amber Ale

Bell's Arabicadbra (coffee milk stout)

Plus a Little Box of Bucks (6 pack Shiner Bock cans) for Mrs. Bear.

Chicken fajitas for dinner, so the beverage of choice will be a cold can of Shiner Bock, which might also be used to chase some 3 Amigos Tequila.

Tomorrow is garbage and recyclables pickup, and that gets left on the edge of the swale tonight. So I'll rummage through the fridge and down any orphan cans or bottles hiding there.

Corona Premier

Just heard about that poll of gullible idiot sheeple refusing to drink it because of the name so I thought I’d spike the sales to show that not everyone sees Idiocracy as a “how to” manual instead of the satirical dystopian comedy it is.

^Speaking of dystopian satire.

I'm back on the wagon until this Coronoavirus thing passes. Doesn't feel right that we're in a period of crisis, and I'd be boozing part time.

Tried a Yeungling Golden Pilsner last night, and tbh I'm disappointed. Minimal flavor and body, a slight step up from Miller Light. Guess I figured wrong from all their Lager I put away in bars.

Chilling out with some Chateau Labaude VSOP Armagnac.

I had to look that up.

Bas Armagnac, Gascony, France- A blend of Bas Armagnacs aged 6 to 12 years from the award-winning Ch de Laubade. Fragrant aromas of violets, nougat and vanilla lead to a rich palate of bittersweet chocolate, spice and violet. Long, warm finish

Yeah it's nice stuff. I started out with Cognac, but a friend gave me a taste of Armagnac, saying the soil the grape used for the initial wine doesn't have the chalk, or lime, the Cognac region has. Wristbands definitely fuller and earthier.

It will be this afternoon rather than tonight --- sunny and warm here for a change so something cold, fizzy and light ..... a few bottles of ice cold Corona will suffice!
