Was it tender or stringy?Garlic, salt, pepper, italian herb mix No spuds. We don't eat potatoes in the warmer months as they seem too heavy. goose Posted August 11, 2019 Share Posted August 11, 2019 (edited) It was another Saturday free concert night last night, so we hosted another open house. We set out a tapas-style buffet that included grilled chicken, brats, calamari, ceviche, fruit and caprese salad skewers, toasted french bread, cheeses... The acts were both Celtic bands (Wicked Tinkers were the headliners), so wifey made shepherds pie. Lots of other goodies were added for a nice buffet.
