Lorraine
I think this might be the best death metal version: http://youtube.com/watch?v=XknSZNYTkkQ...and we have Cookie Monster! ;)I really dig it. GREAT guitars too.I liked the guitars too but, to me, Alex plays with more feeling.
HemiBeers
I was pleasantly surprised when the vocals came in. I was cringing that I might hear: Now I will check them out further. Thanks for posting it!Like this? or with a little Korn flavor? Edited June 2, 2019 by HemiBeers
Segue Myles
It's not terrible. Not sure why they chose this song to cover this way though.
ytserush
Thought this was going to be Hostile intent from Red Star.
Nova Carmina
What's with all the death metal bands covering "Subdivisions"? It hardly seems like the first choice . . .?

Maybe it's a credibility thing? That type of music is for the detached and subdivided.... Or its just a great song we can all relate to?

Nova Carmina
I get that. For anybody who grew up in a place big enough to have cliques, someone is always left out. That was true even at the smaller rural school I attended. But do we really think that all these metal bands were the "uncool" kids? Isn't that a bit of a stereotype? Or is it a stereotype because it's true?
