Name Some Songs To Die For! What Do You Want Played At Your Funeral? I Just Filled Out My Will On Legal Zoom! YYZ FRUIT LOOPS AND MORE!

I've written a thread about this probably like 12 years ago.

I think a few have also done this again.

Well, I'm not "In The Mood" to try and bring back the past. LOL!

 

"It is what it is..... and forever."

 

I had to wake up and get even more responsible.

Making sure my daughters will be covered when I am gone.

I am sure many of you on here wish I would go away forever, but alas I will never give in or bow to hated fo one's own opinions.

 

I figured at 50 years young it was time to get something official in writing and on paper.

It was so easy to do.

My girls get everything equally. 50/50. The EX gets ONE ZERO ZERO ONE! YYZERO! LOL! Sorry, "The Body Electric" is playing now. Perfect timing.

 

God may not exist, but the Universe is so fuckking real.

 

Choose your path. "Even if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice." LOL! So cliche but true. "Freewill" exists.

 

So anyway, at the end of writing my will I was able to come to a final burial request.

A section that I could write in to tell my loved ones how I wanted to be buried and my simple requests.

 

So here it is, on a public forum for all to read.

 

It's ok. I know some of you think I'm an arrogant EGOTISTICAL PRICK. Believe me I am the actual opposite.

 

The only fear I love are the four parts of Fear written by our boys.

 

Fukk the EGO.

 

Anyway,

 

I wrote in my will that

 

I want to be in a Hemispheres Rush tee shirt and ripped jeans.

I want a pair of Neil Peart 747 Promark drumsticks buried with me.

 

Of course I also picked four songs to be played at my funeral.

 

Sidenote: You guys and gals on here are Rush fans and prog snobs so by stating the obvious that would mean that you who read this shit are very intellectual.

My dad is having a Rolling Stones themed funeral. There's some stuff from them he wants to be buried with and songs he wants played. We went over his will last month and he does have the Stones stuff in writing.

A few years ago Rush came out of nowhere with a final song on their final album. Rush ends its life with The Garden. One hell of an epitaph, guys.
