I love it. It's cheesy and fun and reminds me of my childhood.

Nothing wrong with stupid pop songs from time to time.

If rather listen to this than Fall Out Boy or Imagine Dragons.

Lyrically it's a little clunky, but not a bad song despite what the bandwagon jumper onners say. I'd rather listen to this on repeat 24 hours a day than listen to something like "My Doorbell" by the White Stripes even once.

Or anything by White Stripes to be fair...

Not just crap, but absolute crap. If you buy the CD it comes wrapped in a roll of toilet paper!

Nothing says "We've sold out as a rock & roll band!" better than making a song like "We Built This City".....

No sense in comparing it to other songs, or other eras of music. Either this song stinks or it doesn't. This song really stinks. It's awful.

Sometimes the worst songs get stuck in your head...

When you compare it against other Jefferson works like White Rabbit, Miracles or Find Your Way Back, it sucks. Dreadfully. In a vacuum, it's not horrible.

Salt Lake radio stations used to insert their own spoken part in place of the San Fran one at the end. Cheezy.

Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship and Starship were three very different bands.
