Help me, I can't stop listening and dancing to "Do the Neurotic" by Genesis.

On second thought, don't help me, I'm having too much fun. :7up:

Dance, dance, dance the day and night away!!!! One of the few things that will keep one sane in an increasingly insane world.

I listened to about 350 albums I've never heard before since last April/May. I want to hit 450-500 by April 15

So did you?

I reached 395. School/job hunting/dating got in the way. It's a lot harder to listen to albums when you have a bit more of a life! :D . I don't think I'm going to stop digging anytime soon

O Messiaen heard colours when he played with his organ.

Aerosmith's "Three Mile Smile" is a Led Zeppelin wanna be clusterfuck. And that's a compliment.

A very under appreciated album.

You are right. No Surprize live, priceless.

I've always said that McCartney had the best discography of the Beatles, post 1970. However, I spent a lot of time listening to John's early discography the last few days, and now I'm focusing on George's. I've always said that All Things Must Pass is the best solo album, and John's Whatever Gets You Through the Night, or maybe Ringo's It Don't Come Easy, the best single song. Right now I might have to pick George's discography. I'll revisit Paul's pre 1980 stuff in the next few days.

George

1971-72 were my George listening years. All Things Must Pass and The Concert for Bangladesh. That's SIX lp's of music.

I dug into Dark Horse through Somewhere in England today. Great discography. Tomorrow I’ll revisit Gone Troppo and Brainwashed.

So out of the gate, John Lennon released the excellent Plastic Ono Band, which was basically him being freed from Paul's pop sensibilities. George was no longer limited to one or two songs per album, and he released a true 10/10, All Things Must Pass. Take out Maybe I'm Amazed, perhaps the most beautiful love song ever, and Paul released essentially a demo of unfinished tracks.

Brainwashed is my second favorite Harrison album. I think it's great how he was able to bookend his career with his two best
