I was nodding off until Curry got his groove back. Not even a Warriors fan, but it's hard not to enjoy him and Durant together.

I missed the game in favor of building a tree fort for the Lad. Curry and Durant can make a blowout worth watching.

LeRon Jangs is putting on a show! And his floormates are doing the same. They'll go into the half up 15 pts.

68-53. Yes, 68 first half pts.

Celtics within 7 with four min to go and Lebron takes over. Rebounds, assists, steals, dunks and 3-pointers. The man is amazing.

WEIRD EARL LOL!

FUCKK THE COCKETS!

Always the high road, Earl! :P

Heckuva shooting night for GS. No surprise, really. On to game 4!

Houston simply cannot or will not sustain a defensive or offensive effort. With 4 min left in the third qtr, they let Golden State go on a ten pt run. Unchecked, the Warriors will bury you.

18 to 3 GS run puts it at 73-67 Warriors.

The Rockets get it done!!!!

Apparently they were inspired by my calling them out as soft, and played lockdown defense in the final minutes of the game and pulled out a 2 pt win.

(hold on, they are putting 00:00.5 back on the clock, saying there was a foul. One is missed, one is made. Houston up by 3, GS ball with .5 sec. Curry had a look but rims it. Game over.)

A great, great game five today between the Rockets and Warriors with the Rockets triumphant. :cheerleader:

My wife's cousin, Laurie, is married to Mike D'Antoni, so I'm loving the Houston success this year. I didn't like seeing Chris Paul pulling up lame at the end, though. That could be a problem if he has to sit with a strained hamstring. :(

EWWW!

Don't care.

If you noticed I didn't write a Warriors Thread last season.

Tired and getting old.

I knew it.

Hoping it all ends soon.

Dubs are done.

LeBum will be a Rocket next season.

You do know that the Rockets Organization set out to only focus on beating the Warriors.

Their goal is so far spot on.

I think the series will go 7 to the Cockets but it wouldn't surprise me if the spoiled tired Warriors lose at home.

I'm fine with it.

GO CELTICS!

Dubs are yesterday's news.

PS: Great for the Santa Fe High School seniors to be there.

I knew after watching the opening ceremony for the tragedy at Santa Fe that there was no way the Warriors would win.

Good Karma.

Happy for Houston. Seriously.

Forget sports.

I'm a Shark fan and I am hoping the Golden Knights can win the Cup for Vegas.

VEGAS STRONG!

SANTA FE STRONG!!!

I will admit on an open public forum that when most Rockets were clapping for the kids at Santa Fe, I saw Harden stand there with his hands behind his back.

He makes me sick to my stomach.

GO BOSTON!

Introverts are so often misunderstood. Harden is the NBA's Neil Peart.

Peart has to write about eight more travel books to reach Harden's level of futility from last night's game.

And he was 0 for 11 from 3, whereas Peart's only written 3 bad travel books, to the best of my knowledge.

But Harden defended, which is what made the difference.

And, we got a Celtics-Cavs game 7!!!!

Now there's a difference (presuming you're right, I didn't see the game.) Peart in his travelogues only offended.

As Neil states in his upcoming treatise on team sports, "Half the game is offense, half the game is defense. Half the time you score, while the other half prevents a score."

Treatise, or publishing of the lecture notes from the first day of his daughter's gym class?

Houston puts up 39 in Q1, without Chris Paul. No lead us safe vs. Golden State, but it's a good start.

Rockets up by 16 early in the 2nd.
