The avocado is a heavy player in my family's rotation. Even my 2 and 3 year old children love them. But hey! They eat raw onions too!

We pigged out for a combination Easter/Passover dinner! Chicken soup with matzo balls, salad, asparagus, strawberries, broiled carrot slices with olive oil and salt, mashed potatoes, beef roast with herb crust, and apple pie. Of course I ate way too much! :P

We pigged out for a combination Easter/Passover dinner! Chicken soup with matzo balls, salad, asparagus, strawberries, broiled carrot slices with olive oil and salt, mashed potatoes, beef roast with herb crust, and apple pie. Of course I ate way too much! :P

and here I was just trying to find a pizza place that open. F me.

We had family here, otherwise I'm with ya! When it's just the two of us (really one since my husband is a vegetarian) it's not worth it to make roast beef. We end up doing pizza a lot since he does cheese, thankfully! :LOL:

My standard weekday breakfast - a bowl of cereal, rye toast, 1/2 an orange, and coffee.

 

This is it most weekdays since I'm no longer working.
