LedRush
Star Wars Battlefront 2. The progression system is horseshit, but the core game is still good and the look is detailed, authentic Star Wars.

willowroolz
I finally got around to playing Uncharted: The Lost Legacy over the last couple of days. So many 'wow' moments in that game - spectacular stuff, with a truly breathtaking finale. It's made me want to go back a replay all the others. It may just edge out HZD and Divinity Original Sin 2 as my favourite game released this year. Also finally played the Left Behind DLC for The Last of Us. It slots so neatly into the main storyline. Beautifully done.

That One Guy
Playerunknown's Battlegrounds (Xbox One) enjoying the preview so far, minus certain crappy graphics and its tendency to crash. Fun and fresh stuff.
YYZumbi
I have only owned Playstation 4 for a week, I bought it last weekend. And the first game I completed was Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. It was really cool, well made game. I am also playing some GTA 5, but that is a never-ending game, so.... Next weekend I will probably buy the new DOOM game. I played the original one 1000 years ago, so have some good memories with that game.

willowroolz
After finishing Uncharted: The Lost Legacy I went back and replayed Uncharted 1 and 2 and am now about a third of the way through 3 (which I've not played before). I'd forgotten what an amazing game 2 is. After that my intention is to dig out my old 360 and replay Red Dead Redemption, but we'll see.
LedRush
I started playing Sonic Adventure 2 recently. It has some truly wonderful ideas, but my dear lord the camera is completely broken. I’m playing with my boy, so I’m forced to endure this to the end. Also playing Slime Rancher, Battlefront 2, Forza 7, and started Star Wars KOTOR on Xbox 1 backwards compatibility. Never played the last one before and doubt I’ll finish it.
Jack Aubrey
I bit the bullet and subscribed to Star Wars: The Old Republic. I'm having a ball. If anyone else plays hit me up, my screen name is Cassius Nocte. Level 24 Jedi Knight.

Crimsonmistymemory
I am not a huge gamer but I do enjoy video games from time to time. Other than app games one of my favorites the last few years is Battlefield 1943. It is a download only game for PS3. The maps are large the graphics although only HD in 720p are tot too shabby. The object is basically capture the flag with two armies (Japanese Empire or US Marines) up to 16 per fight on 3 different islands to control 5 bases. The game (as most Battlefield game are) are completely mechanized. One can fight with tanks, airplanes ( zero or F4U Corsair) jeeps, boats (landing craft), pill box, antiaircraft Cannon's and fly bombing raids. There a 3 types of soldiers to choose from each with their own skill set and speciaties. The game is pretty fun and emersive and over all a pretty simple game for an opdtimer for me to grasp and be relatively successful. The thing I like the most it is pretty simple for a 1st person shooter. You do have the option to reload ammo before you drain your weapon of choice but ammo is not something you have to search for.:bangbang:

willowroolz
Finished my first playthrough of Detroit: Become Human. Found it a totally engrossing and brilliant experience. My favourite game of the year so far. Now playing Assassin's Creed Origins.
Steevo
Sonic Adventure 2 with my boy...god the camera is infuriating. Big sonic fan, not sure about Adventure but I'm really interested to see what Mania is like, mostly good reviews. Also Sonic 4 is slagged a lot but it seems okish, trudging through pt 2 currently. Mania is probably my favorite Sonic game. It’s everything great about the first 5 (1, 2, 3, K, CD) all together plus more. I don’t know if I have to buy the upgrade or nott, but I will.

LedRush
I’m playing through God of War. For the first few hours I was annoyed by technical limitations and mistakes, but I’m really starting to get into it now.
LedRush
God of War. Stunning. Why did you think it was stunning. I’m a little more than half way through and I just started liking it. The technical and design mistakes really pissed me off for a long time, but the story just got interesting and I’m starting to dig it. But still, the game seems to be tremendously overrated to me. willowroolz
Monster Hunter: World. Love it. Yeah, me too. I've been playing it co-op with friends and it's great fun. First Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay has finally been released for public consumption, with the large caveat that the final game may be considerably different. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euqbMkM-QQk
Steevo
I’m playing through God of War. For the first few hours I was annoyed by technical limitations and mistakes, but I’m really starting to get into it now. I could never get into that series. What I really wanna know is did anyone pick up RDR2 yet? It will take a while for my setup but hope to in the near future.
