goose
Poll could use different options. Someone moving from southern to central Utah carries as much weight as the TRFer that moved from south to north America, for example. Wasn't looking for cultural differences, only miles.Well, I think maybe the poll is bearing out TOG's point, as the extreme's are dominating. Wasn't looking for cultural differences, only miles.Just a suggestion for a more compelling poll, no worries Worried not, thanks, but would like to explore your comment about why that kind of move would "carry as much weight"?in my mind it doesn't, but in the results of this poll it would. In the poll, someone who moved 101 miles is lumped with someone that moved 1001. I think it would be interesting to see the breakout in those distances... I know, I know. Just read the thread!
goose
About 850 miles, to answer the question.

Well, now I've waited too long and can't alter the choices so, if you're in that vast mileage arena that covers 101 or more miles, please fee free to delineate precisely how many miles and even why. I'm sorry I wasn't able to adequately fulfill certain parties ideas of what a decent poll should consist of. It won't happen again (until the next time). :fuckinputer:

OldRUSHfan
One of these days, I have to see Weird Al in concert...the closest I've been is watching him on "Late Night with Steven Colbert" when the "Mandatory Fun" album came out...

Last winter we got 38 inches in 5 days. Funny how that works.
Jack Aubrey
211 miles. Born in Greensboro, NC, live in Summervlle, SC. I have relatives who live in Summerville, very near the Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site. That's about 5 miles away from me.

Oh God, mando-fun. Ugh. Not talking about the album, it's a military thing: "There will be a morale party this upcoming Saturday from 1400- 1800. All personnel not actually on duty are expected to attend." That kind of thing.
invisible airwave
i was born and raised in riverside california and now i live in perris california. but im only like 15 mins away from my old house. The record store from where I grew up, Rhino, and your city’s Mad Platter are owned by the same company. If only the riverside Metrolink had more train services I’d visit. I hear downtown is really nice. Much better than the Bernardino hellhole. My aunt and uncle used to live in that county in the late 80s in Corona before they moved to Mission Viejo. The ramps on Lincoln and 7th look completely different with that construction they’ve done on the 91 that I’ve seen on Google Earth. I remember when there was no 15 freeway between the 91 and 60 the 215 was mostly a highway south of the 60.
