Ok!

I am a St Mary's Gael!

Graduated with an English Major back in 1995!

As you can tell I love creative writing!! LOL!

Met my ex wife there.

Shit happens.

No regrets!

Watched my Gaels beat BYU last night. Heck BYU is really good too!

But FINALLY!

Watching the my Gaels beat the F....AGS I mean the ZAGS finally on their home soil made me so fuckking proud.

I actually wore my red BEAT THE ZAGS t shirt today!

The Gaels are ranked 16th in the country!

20-2!

I'll take it!!!

Hoping for another March Madness Tee!!!

But not going there.

No jinx.

No curse!

JUST WIN BABY!

Love,

Jon Gruden

FUKK YEAH!

The only Van Halen connection with SMC is that the Gaels are like VFH with Dave in the regular season, Sammy in the conference tournament, and Cherone in March...

You are fukkin' hilarious! Sadly you are 1000% correct!!!! Although I saw that VH III Tour and it was actually better than watching the Van Hagar crap. The two greatest moments during that VH III Tour was that they opened with "Mean Street." Second, when Gary went backstage for a wardrobe change, Michael took over on vocals and the band became a bad ass three piece! The did "Somebody Get Me A Doctor.." It blew my mind.

Here's to hoping Eddie will call Michael up so they can go out on the road as VAN HALEN as a three piece. Leave Diamond Dave and Wolfie at home..........

Damn you goose. I wanted to ignore this loss. Of course they came back and crushed us.

Oh well.

Hey, I was in Vegas on Thursday. I put 200 on the Gaels, gave up 12.5 and won easily.

I won't touch the FAGS I mean ZAGS game. DUH. REVENGE

It's obvious the Gaels will always be the bride's maid and never the bride.

I'll take that amigo!

Hell I will never marry again anyway! FUCKK THAT!

They're playing great this year, and there's no shame in them showing a bit of a hangover vs Gonzaga. Probably a sugar hangover from a steady diet of cream puffs!

That's life in the West Coast Conference!

How about this stat? Defense wins championships*...

[st Mary's] Landale made 12 of 15 shots in Saint Mary’s win at Gonzaga last month but was held to just four shots and two baskets because of relentless double teams right from the start in the rematch.

https://www.usatoday...8-65/110313172/

*...or does it?

[st Mary's] came into the game leading the nation by shooting 52.8% from the field but were taken out of their game offensively with Landale getting no shots in the half-court offense in the first 26 minutes and the team shooting just 41.5% overall.

All a matter of perspective, I guess.

The Gaels lost to San Francisco. Are the wheels officially off, or just loose at this point, Earl?

Jesus, well after watching the first half of the Portland game I would say coming off. Yet the Gaels looked good in the second half and won.

Not sure what to expect.

I see the Gaels and the Warriors are both wobbling at the same time.

Hope the All Star Break will give the Warrior bench some time to rest.

As for the Gaels?

I know I know.

They will make it to the WCC Final and lose to the Zags. They they will barely make it into March Madness where they might win their first game. Then lose the second.

Groundhog's Gael Day.

Pepperdine about to upset my Gaels. Jesus.

F it.

:(

Pepperdine? That's a dagger to the heart.

Goose!

It's a miracle the Gaels pulled it off and won by 3.

I mean Pepperdine knocked off Santa Clara which was an upset. Then they almost knocked off my Gaels. My heart stopped a few times.

BYU tomorrow night.

Jeez.

Killing me buddy.

I have no idea what to expect out of Randy and Company.

My Warriors could get taken down by the Rockets in the playoffs.

Gaels and Warriors are like the same right now.

Rockets and Zags.

UGH!!!!!!

GHOST BABY!!!

"From The Pinnacle To The Pit!

FUCKK!

"It is a long way down!"

GHOST RULES!!!!

Music will never break my heart goose.

Only women and my sports teams.

"No Woman No Cry"

Love,

Bob Marley

Meanwhile, news from my alma mater...

Eastern Washington men’s basketball riding hot streak into Big Sky Tournament

http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2018/mar/05/eastern-washington-mens-basketball-riding-hot-stre/

...Eagles were picked to finish seventh in the Big Sky Conference.

Four months later, EWU heads into this week’s conference tournament as a trendy pick to win it all – mostly because the Eagles are, well, trending.

Since suffering their only back-to-back Big Sky losses of the year, to Portland State and Idaho, the Eagles (18-13 overall and 13-5 in the conference) have reeled off six straight.

That includes a sweep of the Montana schools, their first road sweep in two years at Weber State and Idaho State, and a convincing final home stand to clinch the No. 3 seed in the 12-team tournament.

Why? St Mary's still has a good shot to get in. Check this source...

[Coach] Randy Bennett has more to worry about than merely whether his Saint Mary’s College basketball team will be included when the NCAA tournament field is announced Sunday.

After losing 85-72 to BYU in the semifinals of the West Coast Conference tournament Monday night, the Gaels coach must be wondering how to fix his defense. Saint Mary’s hadn’t allowed so many points to anyone other than Gonzaga in more than seven years.

And then there’s this — the penalty for losing Monday night could be postseason banishment to Detroit.

At least that’s what ESPN’s Joe Lunardi suggested Tuesday. The man who virtually invented the term “bracketology” says the Gaels (28-5) will get good news on Selection Sunday. He projects them as a No. 10 seed, with a first-round matchup against Texas A&M in the Motor City.

I would be totally shocked if they DIDN'T get in.
