SHARON OSBOURNE Wonders Why HARVEY WEINSTEIN Never Behaved Inappropriately Toward Her

Sharon Osbourne has revealed that Harvey Weinstein never made inappropriate advances on her, prompting her to wonder what was "wrong" with her.

Ozzy Osbourne's wife and manager worked with the disgraced producer and his brother Bob Weinstein on concert promoting in the 1980s and later on her family's TV show "The Osbournes".

Harvey Weinstein's career was brought to a halt after dozens of women in the entertainment industry — including Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie — accused him of varying degrees of sexual misconduct over the years.

Osbourne, who has three children with Ozzy, tells Event magazine: "I never had a problem. And then part of you thinks: 'What's wrong with me, Harvey?' He never did anything like that to me.

"But then you think about it, and you realize it's because of the type of woman you are. I've never faced any sexual abuse, but I think I've always given off a particular vibe that says: 'Don't mess with me.' If a man had ever tried, he would be dead. No question."

One month New York Times exposé reported decades of alleged sexual harassment by Weinstein, he has been ousted from the Television Academy, banned for life from the Producers Guild of America and voted out of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He is also facing suspension and disciplinary charges from BAFTA and the Directors Guild of America.

A spokeswoman for Weinstein has repeatedly denied allegations "of non-consensual sex." Weinstein has also apologized for "the way I've behaved with colleagues in the past."

:LMAO: :LMAO: :LMAO:

I can understand her perplexity as it seems Harve missed no one.

By the way, he did a one week rehab stint. Couldn't take the regimented daily routine. Harve says he's all better now. :eh:

Eagle, watch out. I understand he's in your neck of the woods recovering.

It's actually quite sickening that Osbourne would use this as a way of getting some publicity, esp in a way in which she underhandedly demeans those who were victimized ....

For someone who has been raped, how do you think reading this would make them feel ??

But then you think about it, and you realize it's because of the type of woman you are. I've never faced any sexual abuse, but I think I've always given off a particular vibe that says: 'Don't mess with me.

So she's never been sexually abused because of "a particular vibe she gives off"?

What vibe is that? "Gross pig"?

Chances are, he didn't try and do something with every woman who he encountered. Maybe he just didn't find her attractive or thought she was a bitch.

Sharon Osbourne being a bitch? Of all people? Ludicrous.

Also, who looks at a sexual deviant/abuser like Harvey and says "Well, why didn't he do anything to ME?" What a f***ing self centered dumbass.

You’re reading it wrong. This is after-the-fact and only speculation. It’s not like she wanted him to do something.

Indeed, I did read it wrong. As much as I despise Sharon, she IS Don Arden's daughter through-and-through. If there's anyone I wouldn't want to mess with, in any sense, it's definitely her.

Reading that I was wondering if she has a mirror at home.

They probably break when she stands in front of them.

That’s funny because I didn’t take what she said as being derogatory or negative in any way. Don’t quite understand the angry comments here.

Imagine getting raped .. then imagine speaking with someone who has never been raped, and they use the phrase "the type of woman you are", and they have never had to deal with a violent crime because they give off the vibe of "don't mess with me"

In other words, your shortcomings allowed it to happen

I don’t have to imagine. You don’t have to explain it to me. I just didn’t take it the way everybody else seems to be.
