ReRushed
Moods and timing, my forum friend. I haven't listened to Rush in months, just not feeling it. But I will always LOVE them. Rush's music will eventually come back around and lift me up at the right time. It's just another great thing about music and talented musicians.

Exactly my thoughts, I haven't listened to Rush in probably half a year, maybe with a one off day. But still my favorite band, and when I get the Rush kick again, I will listen to them a lot. Mystic Slipperman
I realized that I listen to at least a couple Rush tracks per day, since I play my phone on shuffle. But I don't think i've listened to a full album in a while. So...they're always there, but not in an ALBUM kind of way. Example: today I heard the R40 version of Subdivisions on the way to work. Yesterday afternoon it was La Villa from Rio.
grasbo
I have left Rush alone for some time in the past but it is great to come back with fresh ears and perhaps hear something new. Just two days ago I replaced Power Windows and Test For Echo with new copies,PW was scratches and TFE had disappeared some time ago,and it was a natural high hearing these CDs again.I like the feeling of playing a CD like I used to with vinyl not iplodding ,steaming or blueteething or whatever they are.Power Windows has always been one of my faves and although TFE is not well liked much on the forum I found it an enjoyable re-listen.I had forgotten how great the artwork was to.AFTK is in the car stereo ready to go for a trip to town today.Might back it up with Hemispheres as well. Permanent-Rush
I have not been listening to Rush much lately, but I got blessed in a record store finding a copy of Test For Echo on cd and it's now my fav, so I've been playing that a lot, and not much else Rush. ❤

EagleMoon
I've always taken breaks from their music over the years. I haven't really listened to them much the past few months. Been listening to other stuff. But I have always come back to them.
djflex
I think it's natural science to take a break now and then from any band. But I've changed things up and have been going with all live stuff from them lately

IwillchooseFreeWill
Since I came back them last October after being away for about 25 years, I still can't get enough of them. I may not listen to them every day, but they're always in the background of my mind.
