JohnnyBlaze
Ordering a ribeye well done and served with ketchup should disqualify one from political office... Political offices are for rodents and maggots. A diner putting ketchup on their ribeye should be broiled for a solid hour. Ketchup?! Peasants! My inlaws overcook and oversalt everything...and eat ketchup with it all. Waste of good meat. They might as well eat a cheap 3 buck burger with gobs of ketchup on it.
IwillchooseFreeWill
I like it RARE. As my mother used to describe it "just walk the cow through the kitchen."

pjbear05
Medium rare, but done right, like a high temperature broiler. For a grilled steak, Outlook has been my favorite. Will not set foot in a Longhorn Steakhouse. Contrary to their ads, they do an excellent job of faking steak, or making it inedible.
ILSnwdog
Medium rare...but rare is good too. Especially if you sear the steak really good!
Oracle
If I'm cooking it, I always go between a very light medium-rare and modest medium. I find that to be the best for the seasoning I typically like on my steaks at home. If I go out to eat, usually I'll order it as medium or medium well.
