Celtics make a great first half effort but can't hold off a Cavs comeback in Game 4. Cleveland leads 3-1 in the series.

You want an unpopular opinion? James is a frontrunner. If the team is leading by 10 after 3, he'll go for 25 in the 4th quarter. Last night when the C's were giving the Cavs all they could handle? Nothing from him. Irving absolutely torched the C's in the 3rd quarter. Even after he turned his ankle.

That would be an unpopular opinion because it is one that doesn't make a lot of sense.

After coming back from a 3-1 game deficit last year to win it all, I can see your point. BTW, some are calling this the most lopsided match-up in recent history, meaning that Golden State is so much better than Cleveland that a Warriors championship is inevitable.

Well, the Warriors get it done behind an epic game 1 performance from KD. LeBron now 1-7 in games 1 of a finals series.

Eight finals appearances, inluding the last seven straight. Not bad, Mr. James.

It's unreal what he has done. People who focus on the finals losses completely miss the point, as if losing earlier in the playoffs is better. By just about every measure now, James is the 2nd best player ever...at worst.

I believe that is true. Golden State won 140 games in the two regular seasons prior to this one...and then added Kevin Durant (the 2nd or 3rd best player, depending on if you think he or Curry is better). There isn't an NBA team in history that could beat this team 4 out of 7.

This Warrior team is a video game machine.

They should just send this team to the next Olympics. Minus ZAZA

I missed the game, but by all accounts it was full of amazing performances by KD, Steph and LeBron. Golden State gets the win in the end.

Too bad you missed it. This was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen on a basketball court, and I grew up watching Bird:

They're undefeated in the playoffs this year.

Hand down, man down. LeBron should listen to Mark Jackson.

Looks like Curry forgot about his teammates, but that happens a lot in the NBA, especially with some of the prima donnas playing in the league.

Nah, that was straight up revenge for last year. Golden State is very much a passing team.

LeBron & Co. get it done in game 4. Series is,at 3-1.

Like last year...

Yep, but unlike last year, the Warriors have Durant this year. This ends Monday.

Although I would love to see the Cavs come back and win it.

Exactly!!

He did make a lot for GSW!

He calls the game to himself and solves it!!

That's how it is!

I don't like the "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" aspect to his decision. But he is an unbelievable player. Remember when it was a question as to whether Portland should take Odin or Durant with the first pick?

I chuckle at LeBron's criticism of the move, as if his abandonment of Cleveland never happened. Edited by goose
