Once tomatoes have been processed and seasoned into a sauce or condiment, I'm ok with them. There are some worthwhile flavors within the tomato that can be extracted and imbibed into something else.

Left unadulterated, they are disgusting. One of my least favorite foodstuffs. The combination of their spongy, fleshy texture and the not-quite-sweet not-quite-savory flavor with earthy undertones is really just awful.

I've always wondered what so polarizing about tomatoes. It seems to be one of those fruits that people either really don't like or like a lot. Kind of like avocados.

Little olive oil, salt .. magnifico

Sliced, on a bed of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, topped with a basil leaf and sliced mozzarella. Caprese Salad.

I was turned onto this when I was in Italy. Caprese salad is amazing! It's best with fresh mozzarella, the stuff packed in water.

I like tomatoes, though I don't actually love them. And I can't stand pickles.

I'd love to travel back in time and punch the guy who thought it was a good idea to put pickles on a hamburger or sandwich.

I'm looking for a real tomato but I'm afraid no one around me, understands my potato.

Spudboys gotta stick together.

Me, I love sun-dried tomatoes, and the baby ones. Yum. The regular ones, eehhh.... ok.

What if you're pro-Tormato ? :D

I love tomatoes as long as it's not raw. There's something about raw tomatoes that makes my stomach spin, but fresh chopped tomatoes in a homemade sauce or soup is wonderful. The taste and the sweetness comes out. Homemade salsa is also great.

I really can't stand raw tomatoes of any kind. When I was a kid I ate cherry tomatoes like candy, but that changed as my tastebuds developed.
