I was going for Hemispheres but I voted for Signals. I like like Alex's sound on that album.

 

Too bad it was mixed by the same guy who did Newsted's bass on And Justice for All.

Alex Lifeson is a STAR or Caress of Steel. I must admit that!

He just kicked so much ass on that album.

Those are the two that came to my mind as well. Book II is obviously a monster and La Villa is THE best guitar track of all time. Caress is rough around the edges, but can't be beat for reckless abandon. 2112 should also probably be in the conversation.
