Just had leftover pot roast and it was amazing the second time. I reheated it in the oven, though. I love leftover lasagna, enchiladas, pizza, spaghetti. Not meatloaf, though.

We usually cook extra so we can have healthy lunches for work the next day.

We always put a one week max on leftovers. None of us have died to date. If one of us does crook from eating left overs that have pushed the envelope, I'll update this post.

Five years back, when I was teaching at a middle school, the drama department did its annual play. Part of the evening was a spaghetti feed fundraiser. Of course, they made more spaghetti than they needed, so the next day they brought it for the staff to eat. A bunch of people ate it and, sure enough, were puking by day's end.

I make sure leftovers get to the fridge, and when eating them reheat properly.

Same here as far as meatloaf goes.

If they didn't put that in the fridge before serving it the next day, they were trying to sabotage you! :o
