Motion problems on blu ray?? or just bonus tracks??

Huge problems on mine. Keeps freezing the PS3...reached the point that the PS3 wouldn't even recognize that a Blu Ray was in the player... tried putting other DVD's in and PS3 didn't recognize them either. Had to re-boot the PS3, start the blu ray again, but can't make it past the midway point of " Losing it ". Now the blu ray won't even play in my laptop... definitely some sort of problem. Pretty disappointing. Does anyone know if this problem is limited to Blu Ray only? Any issues with DVD versions? If not, I'll return my Blu Ray to HMV and go with the DVD. Edited by Phantom

Some of the overhead shots of Neil have a bit of irregular motion or appear to speed up in places. On my BB blu-ray though, it doesn't look like a malfunction. More like something funky with that particular camera that night or some issue with editing the footage from it. All other camera angles look normal. I've watched almost the whole thing and had no freezing.

My blu ray copy is bordering on useless. It almost worked for a short while last night until the screen froze and then offered a message about a corrupted file. After ejecting the disc and re-inserting it, the ps3 now wont even recognize that there's a disc in it...and now other discs aren't recognized either. Had to reboot the ps3. At least now the other discs work but r40 blu ray is a write off. Going to exchange it for another copy and if the same problem persists, I suppose I'll try the DVD rather than the blu ray...seems very odd to me.

I was looking for these problems people keep talking about, and this was the only angle I saw anything irregular from also. It doesn't seem like a disc malfunction to me either - the best way I can describe it is it looks like the frame rate is lower than the other cameras.

Now that we're talking about this, I remembered I noticed this on the Jacob's Ladder preview they posted on YouTube last month also, so it's definitely not a disc issue.
