blueschica
Another one of the interviews done to accompany R40 Live; this one with Geddy. Interesting story about coming up with the tour theme; and he talks about their surround sound releases and music streaming services. (thanks, RIAB.) http://www.digitaltr...of-rush-on-r40/

Tony R
Interviewer: Steven Wilson has expressed interest to me personally about wanting to remix Rush albums in 5.1 himself. Lee: That’s fantastic! Yeah, we’d love to get him to do that for us.

blueschica
Great interview. Thanks for posting. I thought it was interesting that Geddy was apparently the one that came up with the "devolution" idea for the tour, as he calls it. I don't know that much about the surround sound mixes. Although I'm a bit of an audiophile, I'm afraid I would fall into his category of people that like to listen in the car! :D :D

It's where I hear most of my music nowadays.

(thanks, RIAB.) http://www.digitaltr...of-rush-on-r40/It's interesting they rearranged some old songs to fit new technology. That's quite a work! I'm speechless about how Jacob's Ladder sounds live.

Even Test For Echo and Feedback. But I'm not holding my breath that he would do those.
