I really don't understand how this could be name checked as the worst Rush song, nor do I get how it is embarrassing.Lyrics. Worst rock song lead-in lyrics ever? Sure, it's a goofy way to start a song, lyrically. But I'm sure some people would say the same thing about The TreesI would be one of those guys. grasbo Posted September 20, 2015 Share Posted September 20, 2015 I have tto say i like nearly everything Rush.For me to select their worst song i would have to look at all the factors in the song before i would give an answer.Was the lyrics crap(Dog Years)but the music great,crap music but good lyrics,crap production but good songs,Ged whoahing too much but Alex plays a great solo,etc.All this troubles me and i am afraid it will take some amount of time and research to come to a conclusion and therefore i will be unable to give an answer till 2112(and no that is not the answer).Thanks for reading. "You get all squeezed up insidelike the days were carved in stoneyou get all wired up insideand it's bad to be alone You can go out, you can take a rideand when you get out on your ownyou get all smoothed out insideand it's good to be alone" I don't know if it does it for anyone else, but for me, the music and lyrics really captures the joy of being stressed, grabbing the keys, and just speeding off down a winding country road for awhile.
