If I liked any of the shirts there I would, but I don't.

I haven't found any R40 shirts I've liked yet. Don't know if that's a blessing or a curse but I don't mind.

I'm not overyly crazy about the R-40 design myself. Although had the quality been better, the $25 cost would have been well worth it.

The shirts we got from Backstage Club were very thin. I did not relalize how thin until my wife bought me a beach tee at the mall last week. Its got a sailfish on the back type shirt.

Its 4 times the thickness of the R-40's we bought and i think my wife paid $15.00 for it.

Had the Rush shirts been this good, I would have been very happy.

I'm not sure I'm wearing the new R-40 shirts to the show now. I hate cheap clothing.

What do the tags say? Sounds like something to be avoided.

I hope we aren't confusing the intentionally really thin tees with "cheap" ones. I have two of the former and really like them. They are certainly not made for all body types however...

Thin like the Clockwork Angels '12 polo? I don't mind it on a polo, but wouldn't want that for a T-shirt, but I'm fashion unconscious anyway.

I'm extremely picky about stuff like that.

My Clockwork Angels 12 polo is thick to me. Its a weird material I will say that but I wouldn't consider it thin at all. It just feels weird to me. I actually carefully cut the collar away from mine and use it to workout in...

We'll go with "wierd" then. Probably a better description. I love that collar though. I wish they made more polos, but I guess they aren't very popular.

I know the material you speak of as far as polos are concerned. It is heavy. The tee's though are not. Like I said earlier, I could buy a much better made shirt for half the money anywhere clothing is sold.

Does anyone know why they did not list the venuse and dates on the back of the R-40 tee's?

Most likely I'm wearing my ELP Tarkus shirt. I may change it to A Farewell To Kings Tour shirt but who knows.

I have ordered the following shirts from the backstage club and been satisfied with the quality:

-S&A long sleeve shirt

-S&A baseball jersey

-Time Machine second leg shirt (gray one with reverse print on back)

Gotta love their sales, especially for the jersey! Good thing I don't really like any of the R40 stuff because $40+ for a t-shirt is ridiculous. I thought paying $30 was a bit much when I bought a Time Machine tour shirt at the Atlanta show. Too bad Rush didn't offer retro prices on the tour stuff! ;)

Just got the RedBubble 'R41' Tee in the mail today.

Summer weight material... seems to be made well. Very pleased.

Whats "summer weight"?

Are you saying they make tee shirts for winter and for summer?

And if they do, why would it not be labeled accordingly and conveyed to the buyer?

Like say "summer tee shirts"? Or "winter tee shirts"?

I get that, I bought them.

My question is what is a summer tee. Is it the polar opposite of a winter tee?

I have never heard the term "summer tee" nor have a ever seen a shirt labeled summer or winter.

In my experience, a tee shirt is a tee shirt. Some are better made than others.

Ah. I've heard the term in relation to material in general, just not necessarily t-shirts.

Summer weight material... but made made well (as in the seams and stitching). You never heard of summer weight suits?

No. I do know that wool is your friend if you wear suits in the summer time though.

What ever you do, DO NOTorder from Rockabillia! I wish I had never. The only reason I did was Lovely wanted a Power Windows tee shirt. rush.com was out of them in her size but Rockabillia claimed they had it in stock and it was actually a couple bucks cheaper. So I put in my order 3 weeks prior t the 05/24 Tampa show. Well here it is 08/26 and all I get is BS emails stating that they're working hard to get my order filled and it may be a few more weeks. Lovely calls them in person to get to talk to (in her words) the most rude arrogant assholes ever. No shirt, no refund only an offer to swap out for an item of equal value. So Lovely does some research on reviews of Rockabillia (like I should've done prior) and finds out that 90% of the reviews state that our experence is not unique and more than likely the MO of the place. Get your money and forget your name! A good portion of the reviewers stated that no matter what is offered as a solution pans out the same way, a long wait and nothing happens. If I lose $20 it's not the end of the world but if I can save some one from making the same mistake than that is good for me. Beware of Rockabillia! Edited by Crimsonmistymemory

Thanks for the info. I will gladly avoid the headache of ordering from this site.
