Less fun but just as awkward: has anyone else dreamt about having a blazing row with someone they know well, and then the next time you see them you still remember the things they said in your dream, and you keep having to remind yourself that they didn't actually say them...

Is a "blazing row" what I think it is?.... ;)

I didn't think it meant that either, based on context. Lol

A few years back I dreamed I got caught web-surfing by the Big Kahuna of the company I work for. We were ALL web-surfing a lot during that time as it was a particularly slow period in the industry. Anyway, in my dream he was behind me looking over my shoulder as I was perusing a non-work-related website. I didn't know he was there until his voice boomed out, "Oh, so THIS is what I pay you for?!?!?!?"

I swear I felt guilty about it every time I saw him for the next month.

But did you have sex with him?

I wish I could have some naughty dreams about certain people. The things I would let Robert Downey Jr do. The wonderful, wonderful things.

Hot Damn! Dress him up as a certain Victorian detective and let me..! *ahem*

Such silly girls! :D

GOOD GOD NO!!!! Don't get me wrong, he's a good guy (if a little bit on the loud and opinionated side), but, um, not the kind of person I'd knock socks with. For one thing, he'd flatten me. Also he has a mustache. Never.

Ugh, why am I always the one with the sex nightmares instead?? I really need to change my world view.

I would take "sex" anything at this point. I am invisible to women when sleeping too it appears.... Edited by Narpski

In that case, I'm not sure about the Tiger Woods avatar. :/

Well, my two cohorts in the department think A (supervisor dude) has an "office crush" on me. I personally think they're full of shit and this proves we don't have enough work to do this time of year. :D

(We all get along great. It helps that we're all self-motivated and get our shit done, and that A doesn't micromanage).

I bet A is posting on some other message board right now about how there's this girl at the office that he digs and feels all shy and awkward around...

Oh, A is 100% family man all the way! Married his high school sweetheart, coaches his son's football team, etc.

I think he likes the fact that I've got a seriously raunchy sense of humor and nothing offends me, for one thing. Also we are both Python fans and can trade quips back and forth nonstop. Example - and some of you are going to think this is awful and it really probably is - but keep in mind that the subject here is a raging bitch AND useless at her job in addition to the other characteristic that prompted the following exchange:

We had our holiday food-fest a couple of weeks ago. Now, there is a chick in the autocad dept. who weighs easily over 300 lbs. So A, I, and our other compadres are in the buffet line. Autocad chick approaches and (yeah, you knew it was coming):

Me, in a hushed voice with bad British accent: "Oh shit, it's Mr. Creosote!"

And we were off and running. We did pretty much the entire piece over the course of the afternoon. His British accent is better than mine, though, because his dad's English.
