Manhattan Project could have been on this list.

Not sure I could dance to that one....

What Rush song can any one dance too?

I could shake a tail feather to all of these. You just don't know...

Where is Lorraine?

And I love Red Sector A, but I had to go with The Weapon.

Btw, what was the thinking behind this selection of songs?

They're probably the five most dance-able songs in Rush's catalog.

Hence the poll title "Disco Rush" Segue. These will never rival ABBA however in that realm......

There were a couple shows during the CA tour where the sound where I was was very bass heavy. I could hear the bass synth line much better than I ever had through a stereo, and then I realized that Red Sector A has a techno-y rhythm to it. It's a bit odd, really, a song about the Holocaust having a dancey beat to it.

Then why leave out Virtuality?

There's a dichotomy between the music and lyrics for a number of songs on that album (Red Sector A and Afterimage are among the most noticeable cases). It's neat and makes sense given the "grace under pressure" theme.

The Enemy Within is very noticeable as well. The lyrics throughout the album are dark, but even though the tempos are often bouncy and upbeat, I find the album's sound is still extremely dark to me.

Red sector a and the weapon are close... The other three are among the band's worst songs, with territories being the worst of the bunch.

Territories bad? I can understand the style of the song not appealing to you for whatever reason but to say it's one of their worst? Come on...

I think it is the worst song in their catalogue. Definitely among the worst 10. Judging by the reaction the song got the times I saw it live, most people agree with me.

I wish. It did seem to make people go get more beer, though.
