Guilty food pleasures

Nothing like a big big bag of Ruffles to chow down. Lay's Wavy Chips are good too, but too inconsistent from bag to bag in taste and saltiness. And you must have a big bag of pretzels too, so that you can alternate - chip, pretzel, chip, pretzel etc. etc.

And for sweets - a big bag of M&M chocolate covered peanuts.

Ooh - have you tried Pop Chips yet? Sour cream & onion are terribly addictive. Fortunately they're expensive ($3 for a smallish bag), which discourages too-frequent purchases.

OMG- I was like 10 the first time I was allowed to stay home alone. The second my parents left, I decided to see how many Oreos I could eat in one sitting.

After all, no parents= waaaayyyy more than 2 cookies at a time ;)

.....I ate about ten, and vomited profusely afterward lmao. Haven't had the desire to eat them since!!

A few cookies at most with a big glass of ice cold milk ;)

A whole sleeve and lots of milk- my stomach's cramping already!!

OH and fun fact! It was a (delicious) corn dog that triggered an insanely terrible bout of gastritis lol

Ahhhh, yes. Doped up on morphine at the hospital and throwing up all over my husband's shoes as he wailed "NOOO!!! I TOLD YOU TO LOOK THAT WAY!!!" hahahaha

Damn you, delicious corn dog! Sorry, I ramble a lot!!

I am blessed with a cast-iron stomach. Bring the corn dogs on!

Actually...how about a corn dog, rolled in crushed Oreos, wrapped in a tortilla stuffed with beans and cheese.

I'll check tomorrow and see if they even sell them out here. We are a bit behind the rest of the country. Like fifteen years.

If I see them, I will buy them, but if they are three dollars in your neck of the woods, that means they are probably four here.

That sounds good minus the Oreos.

Hey, if you can't find them, PM me your address and I'll ship you a bag or 3. :)

I think it would have to be cheeseburgers. I could eat them a few times a week, but I try to only have 2-3 times per month. Grilled sausages, doesn't matter what kind...hot links, brats, kielbasa, knowckwurst any and all of them. I only do those 1-2 times a month. Appetizers (snacky foods), I could eat a variety of appetizers for dinner almost every day.

Sunny and I were talking about comfort foods the other day and I said I don't think I have a comfort food. She thought about it for a bit and said "No, I don't think you have a comfort food. FOOD is your comfort food." She's right, I like to eat. If it tastes good I will eat it.

Coffee Crisp. Every time I go to Canada I bring home a handful. My favourite candy bar!

Mara, I just saw this. I am going to look again tomorrow which is the usual day I buy our weekly bag of chips. The last time I looked, I didn't see them.

No Pop Chips. I am not surprised. By the time they show up on the shelves of the grocery store, they will be passe. As I said, we are fifteen years behind anything that is "happening" in the major cities, although this rinky-dink town considers itself a big city.

I have to confess I consider PopChips to taste more like dieting punishment than a guilty pleasure.
