  1. The Garden Oh. My. Ged. Most beautiful Rush song ever.
  2. Red Rocks is the only place to record it, IMO, and it's about time they filmed a show in the States (the Atlanta bonus tracks on S&A not withstanding).
  3. You see Rush sightings, no matter how loosely obscure, and take pictures of them, as shown in these recent examples... http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/ii35/entrenous2112/kingstv.jpg http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/ii35/entrenous2112/2112sign.jpg http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/ii35/entrenous2112/2112gas.jpg Yes, I'm a dork...

  5. QUOTE (floydfanatic111 @ Aug 24 2007, 01:06 AM) I am skipping Sham Halen on this tour. I refuse to see Eric Cartman on bass.
  6. QUOTE (makehaste2112 @ Aug 23 2007, 04:06 PM) So, with that said, what's your favorite album by them? Mine is probably Fair Warning. I'm right there with you. When that album came out, me and my friends listened to it literally everyday for a year. I think it's the most cohesive Van Halen album, for sure. They found a really nice groove and rode it. It was also on this tour that I had my first front row concert experience. Although my ticket was of the upper nosebleed variety, I snuck down on the floor a few minutes before they hit the stage and stood in front of Eddie's mic the entire night. It didn't suck. By the same token, no one will get an argument out of me for claiming the debut as their best, either. Hell, I love all the DLR albums. And while I am a Sammy fan, too, the Roth era was better. I will have to wait and see about forking out the big $$$ for this go 'round, though.
  7. I think the show is great, but then again I'm into off-beat stuff like this.
  8. I've got a series of concerts coming up, featuring two of my favourite bands in two of my favourite cities... Rush - 8/24 - St. Louis The Flaming Lips - 9/7 - Chicago Rush - 9/8 - Chicago The Flaming Lips - 9/28 - St. Louis
