Probably bitter that they came out first. The Christian thing doesn't really surprise me though. I figured he was as soon as I heard that song Captain off of the Cuckooland album. I believe he rated all those bands that he appeared to diss in the video. Like you said though he was just bitter because Budgie never made beyond cult status in terms of fame and popular support band level in terms of success. I've got it as the worst album of the classic era apart from Deliver Us From Evil. I definitely prefer Nightflight and Impeckable by far.
