The first one was just ok but nothing more. Just not my cup of tea I guess. Well, let's be honest:the Bourne series is all one huge ripoff off James Bond anyway. So much so that Ludlum even took the first two letters from both James and Bond to name his character and ultimately wound up creating a rather vanilla version of Bond. workingcinderellaman Posted August 29, 2016 Share Posted August 29, 2016 The books aren't bad and the concept of an amnesiac assassin is pretty fresh but the movies haven't done the books justice. Also, I HATE jigglevision!!!! It's hard to follow and I think it's lazy cinematography. I hate it so much that I don't understand how anyone can watch it and not be upset at the director.
