Cigar Parings: Camacho Criollo and Ron Zacapa 23 Year Rum

The Ron Zacapa is a known quantity to me which is why I chose to pair it with this "Cuban Like" cigar. For those unfamiliar this rum is smooth, medium body with hints of vanilla. An easy finish even when you sallow fast but don't, take your time and chew. The Camacho Criollo is something I've been excited to try. So far the first third is not overly impressive.

I'll be back when I get deeper into this stick.

Just give me the rum. That is a smooth Rum

No mixer needed on the 23 year

I finished the cigar with a rum and coke. At that point just some Captain Morgan's. The Criollo was okay but nothing I'd rave aboot.
