Tesla in Chattanooga

I was fortunate enough to be a guest of the band for the Tesla concert in Chattanooga last night. After over 30 years, this band still puts on a AWESOME show. Sat at the sound booth and had an all access pass. Also got to hang out with the band and crew after the show. I had a GREAT time. They fixed me up with a signed LP, a set of used sticks, and the sound engineer (Steve "The Captain") handed me the set list at the end of the show. They are a very classy organization from top to the bottom.

I'm so jealous! I've enjoyed listening to them for years. Set list looks great- how cool you got to hear it at the sound booth! I'm glad to hear they are a class act and not jerks or something. What an awesome night for you.

I've always liked Tesla- I always thought they were a breed apart from their contemporaries in the '80s and '90s- very little flash, compared to just about all of the other hard rock bands of that time- they went out and just did it, you know? Just played.

I only knew that they're still active because Super25Smasher here told me so, about a year ago- up until then I thought they had folded quite awhile ago. But I'm glad to hear they're still out there doing it. :guitar: :haz: :guitar:

I've always liked Tesla. I remember waaaaaaaay back when they hit the music scene. I bought their first album (on cassette, of course lol) back in the 8th grade! They certainly made their mark with the music, not with all the flair of the hair bands of the day. I'd see them live if I had the chance.

Tesla opened for Ted Nugent at Pine Knob in 2013 and I was in the front row. Tesla put on a great show and rev'd up the crowd for Ted. Good times...

Rock on!

Great to hear. I remember when they first broke it didn't seem like the industry knew what to do with them but I always liked what I heard and they always felt legit.
