AnEggplant
Surely this has been done before, but it seems to have been a while. ;) You know how this goes.
AnEggplant
I'm gonna say The Camera Eye although both are outstanding. I just find The Camera Eye a bit more interesting.
78jazz
Not this guy. It blows my mind that the guys did The Camera Eye again before Jacob's Ladder.
LittleRushmonkey
I'll have to say Jacob's Ladder. The Camera Eye is a brilliant song and was my favourite from MP for a while but Jacob's ladder has to be one of my favourite Rush songs of all time! Segue Myles
Two of my very favourite songs. Both win. But I love The Camera Eye.
Digital Dad
They both kick mucho arse The Camera Eye. By a click.
jefeltner11
I never really understood the appeal of Jacob's Ladder. It's just slow and brooding and empty in my opinion. I will admit that seeing it played live made me like it a bit more, though. My vote still goes to The Camera Eye, though.
Fridge
Both greats, but the Camera Eye edges it for me due to the slightly more evocative lyrics
Blue J
I absolutely love both. I'll say Jacob's Ladder for the guitar work, and The Camera Eye for the overall musicianship of the whole band. How's that?
bluefox4000
Jacob's Ladder. Camera Eye is way repetitive.........though still great don't get me wrong. Mick

Segue Myles
Jacob's Ladder or The Camera Eye?I voted The Camera Eye but today I think I prefer JL.
Slim
I love The Camera Eye - simply magnificent. Jacob's Ladder is like a doodle that goes nowhere. I've disliked it for 36 years now.
EagleMoon
I really can't put one above the other although my current favorite is Jacobs Ladder mainly due to R40.
Anthemic
i didn't like the camera eye until time machine and didn't like jacobs ladder until r40, so...?
TheAccountant
To me The Camera Eye is a very good, solid song. Jacob's Ladder is a nothing. Just a waste of time and space on the album. The Camera Eye gets my vote.
TexMike
Tough call. Love both dearly, but on MOST days (not all), I would pick JL so that's what I have to go with.
Stormtron
One of the few polls that was actually tough for me. Gotta go with The Camera Eye though.
Day of Light
The Camera Eye's more exciting to me; it's a bit more uptempo and also sounds more recognizable. The lyrical content sounds more fresh, honest, dynamic, and fits well into the spirit of the album it's on... it paints moving pictures. I don't even know how to feel about Jacob's Ladder. Derek19
With "Jacob's Ladder" at #2, and "the Camera Eye" at #3 as always being in my top three favorite Rush songs, I didn't vote.
Texas King
Jacob's Ladder
IbanezJem
Jacob's Ladder by a very slight margin. Like both very very much of course, but JL is more dramatic.
apetersvt
Real tough choice. My plan was to vote for the song that had fewer votes as they both deserve to win. Now Jacob's Ladder is only one vote behind.
