Probably older, although even their newer music was pretty good. Mike Pinder made their music. When he left, it was evident in their sound. I like the older albums much better, but they had some good songs later too. I can sing using what's called 'chest voice' and 'head voice', but I'm having trouble connecting the two. Tone wise I'm a little flat from where I should be.
