Jack Aubrey
Dark Horizons reports: IESB reports that according to an interview that Steven Spielberg had on Canal+ he will start shooting the next installment of Indiana Jones in early 2005 right after he finishes "The War of the Worlds". Right sfter Indy he expects to direct a political movie that he didn't want to talk about. Most likely "Vengeance" with Eric Bana which will chronicle the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany, where Israeli athletes were kidnapped by a group of Palestinian militants. Ultimately, 11 Israelis lost their lives in that terrorist attack. So is a final script on Indiana Jones been agreed on? No word yet on how much of Frank Darabont's script will make it to the big screen.

GhostGirl
QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Oct 4 2004, 02:50 PM) QUOTE (GhostGirl @ Oct 4 2004, 03:43 PM) Didn't Frank Darabont write the screenplay for "The Shawshank Redemption"? He sure did. Very cool...one of my all-time favorite movies... This narration by Red (when Andy plays the aria over the PA system) moves me every time: "I have no idea to this day what those two Italian ladies were singing about. Truth is, I don't want to know. Some things are best left unsaid. I'd like to think they were singing about something so beautiful, it can't be expressed in words, and makes your heart ache because of it. I tell you, those voices soared higher and farther than anybody in a gray place dares to dream. It was like some beautiful bird flapped into our drab little cage and made those walls dissolve away, and for the briefest of moments, every last man in Shawshank felt free." OOPS! Talk about hijacking a thread...sorry, Jack.
